Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Quillan

Thank you very much for everything, we were looking for peace and quiet to spend a few days with our dog in nature and we found it there. We will surely repeat.

A lovely property in a beautiful, tranquil location. The house was clean and comfortable with air conditioning in every room - a real bonus in soaring temperatures. The outside space is a short walk away from the house with a shady pergola and a nice swimming pool. Helene was on hand if we needed anything but the house felt private. The area is beautiful with medieval villages and castles within a short drive. Excellent value for money too.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous and spotless home (the photos are great but don't do justice to how beautiful it is). We wanted for nothing, the apartment is really well equipped and furnished. Ghislaine is a great host and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

We immediately felt at home in Paule's small house. It is so lovingly and high-quality restored and the amenities are great. Unfortunately, we had to move on after three days. But we'll definitely come back and stay longer.

We had a nice stay at Jo's house. Our daughter had no shortage of toys and loved the slide in the garden! The walk to the lake is beautiful. The surroundings are super quiet. Jo has a lot of useful information available and responds quickly to messages!

It's a nature lodge where all the spaces are well thought out. Bernard obviously enjoyed the development of this cozy place, such as the wave-shaped or flower-shaped baseboards, the mosaic shower with fish and its small drop mirror… here, straight lines don't run, everything is rounded. Great stay, thank you.

Great beach residence and vibe. The apartment is as described, comfortable with all amenities and with air conditioning and ceilings fans. It's metres from the beach which is a real bonus. As per other reviews you are above a busy restaurant which didn't bother us as we're up early and in the ocean or on the beach.

Air-conditioned accommodation, perfect in heat waves. We really enjoyed the view of the city from the windows. The accommodation is well furnished and close to tourist sites, the train station and shops. The hostess is friendly and gives good advice. I would recommend this place and would be happy to return.

This is a gorgeous apartment in the old town. It was a wonderful haven to escape to when it was crowded, and it was magical walking around the old town in the morning and evening when the crowds left. The place is exactly as depicted in the photos. The A/C was great. Fairly well furnished, but I wouldn't try to do a lot of cooking there. The bed was very comfortable. The patio is fabulous. We ate breakfast there every morning and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. It overlooks the dining patio of La Demeure du Cassoulet, which is such a fabulous restaurant, we ate there twice. We had difficulty finding the place. The address said #7; however, there was no #7 to be seen anywhere. I called the host, and he told me how to find it. It is basically behind you if you are looking at #8. Fortunately, we left our big suitcases in the car and just brought up what we needed, as walking two floors up the steep, narrow spiral staircase can be tricky. I highly recommend it!

Located just off the Pont Vieux, great access for both the Citadel and new town. Caroline picked us up from the airport and gave us great advice about where to eat, drink and what to see. The apartment really felt like a home from home, a great choice a couple looking for a truly magical weekend with everything that Carcassonne has to offer

Second stay in 2 years in the accommodation offered by Isabelle and the pleasure of coming back was still at the rendezvous. We had a great week, in a clean, quality, well decorated accommodation with an ideal view of the beach and sea of Canet. Isabelle was able to adapt to facilitate both our arrival and departure, with kindness and kindness. We will be back next year to continue to enjoy the charms of this wonderful area, thanks for everything!

Fantastic, absolutely nothing to complain about, this accommodation is impeccable, well located, and the air conditioning was very much appreciated during the heat wave!!!

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

We had a great time in Carcassonne. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Sabine is very friendly and welcomed us warmly by giving us good tips for visiting the city.

A great apartment, really well-equipped and very comfortable. Emilie is very responsive and very available when you need her! She responds very quickly despite her professional obligations and knows how to solve small problems while being very discreet! There is a great park for children nearby, enough to fill the fridge in a few minutes, the city parking and the lake within 10 minutes. No hassle to park, the apartment has its own parking space, and after a long drive we found a good coffee and small sweets to refresh ourselves! In short … we'll be back!!!

Our stay at the house was excellent. From the first moment, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and care in every detail. It is clear that everything is carefully thought out to make the guest feel comfortable and welcome. We especially want to highlight the service provided by Pere, who was always kind, friendly and very helpful. Her hospitality made a difference and made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience.

Great flat, super cozy and well equipped. If you have a baby/kid, it's at a totally another level of other flats, as there's literally everything. In our case we forgot the feeding bottle, and we even found one in the kitchen's cupboard. There's all the "heavy" equipment (crib, bathtub, changing table, high chair) and even a room with lots of toys and books. For the rest, the flat is great, modern and well equipped. The location is also amazing, as uphill but still at walking distance from the markets and restaurants. The views are very nice. Great stay!

the studio is small, but very well decorated and very functional. the bed with the mattress topper is comfortable. the best part is breakfast in front of the sea on the terrace. the location is great, with shops next door. a great experience!
