We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The views are superb and the apartment is very comfortable! Marie-Eve and René were very responsive and available. In addition, the accommodation is in a great location!

Very welcoming and accessible host, taking care of us, I came as a solo mom with my 2 children and felt safe every day. Just 5’ from the sea on foot, very clean environment, accessible by bike , scooter ... The accommodation is very cute and super functional . And without the wifi , a real outage! Crazy. Alain's welcome is very warm, the accommodation is well located close to the sea and shops (large surface area right next door) several markets in the area. The accommodation matches the listing well, clean, well arranged, bed made on arrival. Small touches were waiting for us, and we thank Alain and his wife (the far was delicious)

The accommodation is very well located 2 steps from the port of Le Crouesty and its shops and also very close to the beach and hiking trails along the coast. We spent 3 very pleasant days hiking with our dog without having to use the car.

The apartment is extremely well located and very pleasant. The terrace is great and has amazing views. Very good equipment and parking space. We had a great time in this peaceful haven that I would highly recommend. Fred, the owner is adorable and extremely responsive if you need help. A lot of information was made available to us. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Beautiful environment (sea view) from the morning to sunset without leaving the house:) The high position is very pleasant. No opposite and only adjoining on one side. Very quiet (Easter holidays: not all small accommodations were occupied). A perfect spot for surfers apparently! Access to Guidel beach by going down the dune and crossing the road. Medium sofa bed but ok if we don't have back problems. (thick and soft) Children's room above, very popular with our little ones (5 years) for their independence (2 beds but 3 beds possible). They enjoyed the access to the mini playground as well. For the pool I imagine you have to wait for summer. What to enjoy:)

Excellent stay at Stephanie's apartment. Everything is impeccable, clean and tidy. the bedding is comfortable which is not always the case (we did not have any back pain at all) the foldaway bed is very easy to use The view of the bay is just beautiful. The place is very peaceful. The only small downside is that the first shops are 2 km away.

Quiet accommodation at the end of the hallway in the residence, functional clean, good bedding, location for the car private parking with gate. Good communication with Isabelle. I recommend

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

Very nice, comfortable apartment with a terrace to enjoy the sun. The pool is very nice at the end of the day. Very close to the first beach 2 minutes away, and a nice path to get to the wild coast. The owners are available, very kind, attentive and good advice to visit this beautiful region

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

Accessible, quiet, welcoming, change of scenery... it really has it all! The stay was very pleasant from the welcome of our hosts... the apartment is as presented on the site... we'll be back with pleasure
