Casa D Alcafaz is located on a slope of Serra do Caramulo, 15 minutes from the city of Águeda and 45 minutes from Aveiro. Águeda is known for its “umbrella sky project” program that takes place during Agitágueda, July and other activities throughout the year. There are river beaches, Alfusqueiro, Redonda and Bolfiar 8 km away. In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

Quinta da Manga is 7 minutes from downtown Coimbra. It is a large house made entirely of wood, surrounded by green space and with a 3.5x10m swimming pool. Very comfortable, with central heating, air conditioning and all amenities. The house can accommodate 9 people plus children! My place is good for couples and families (with kids, just be careful with the pool). Lots of outdoor space, with terrace, outdoor sofas, Brazilian hammocks to rest, lawn to play and relax, and swimming pool.

We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).

Located in a quiet village, the Varanda de Coimbra accommodation, open since May 2025, is ideal for relaxing or for an overnight stay during a tour between Penacova, Lorvão and Coimbra. Our treehouse was built over a 400 year old oak tree, standing on a rock bed under all property. Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
