Heating, TV, Wi-Fi (remote work). Located on the 1st floor of the villa, on a sloping street with a view of the beach and free parking. Close to all shops, restaurants, the historic area and beaches less than 500 m away, you can do everything on foot for a peaceful stay!

The house is a studio kind of home with a spacious bedroom and toilet with shower on the first floor and open space kitchen/living area on the ground floor. There is a parking space available. Our little retreat is not suitable for pets.
