The house is located at the entrance to the Bodetal (5-minute walk), is an ideal starting point for Harz hikes to the cliffs Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, with cable car, chairlift and for relaxation in the thermal baths. The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The 120 m² vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 separate floors, each with a bedroom and living area and a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively for your use. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax.
