Ezequiel was very kind to me and my family. The house is very practical, a few steps from the forest and 10min from the beach walking. We also appreciate the private parking. We recommend it!

Excellent accommodation!! Fernando and Clarisa are very attentive and are always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. We spent 4 nights in the apartment and were more than happy. Super comfortable and conveniently located. Ideal for a perfect stay in Neco. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back next summer.

The house is super spacious and well sectored for a family. We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and it was super comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay either indoors or outdoors (it has a large garden with pool and grill). We hope to come back to Necochea soon and stay there again!

great, beautiful and quiet place! The houses are charming and comfortable. immersed in a romantic atmosphere. During the day there was a little lack of air conditioning or a fan, but overall there was excellent ventilation with the door and windows open. There are mosquitoes in the evenings - take repellent. All kitchen utensils and necessary things for living are in good condition, comfortable bed and furniture. Mobile connection (claro, personal) did not work here, but there is WiFi Martina met us, showed us and explained everything, and was always available for contact via WA. Our issues were resolved very quickly and with maximum involvement. We came with a golden retriever and this place is very pet friendly and very comfortable. Our dog didn’t want to leave and clearly decided that this was the best place on earth)))

Excellent cabin very close to the beach. Rest assured! The bed is very good! The setting is unbeatable, quiet and beautiful! We were touched very cold days but the salamander heated the whole cabin. The kitchen is very well equipped. Highly recommended, thank you Alejandra, we will surely be back again!

Everything was excellent, Margarita is a magnificent host, attentive and kind, the place was cozy, the area was very good, quiet and 3 steps from the beach. I will definitely return if possible

I had my doubts about the place, for how little information I had. however we loved both the house, the property, and the beautiful Los Angeles spa. It's worth checking out. As hosts, Adrian and flia, spotless.
