You arrive at the beach in 5 minutes you arrive. Pedestrian the same. Everything is close by, and best of all, it is that being away from the beach, you have no parking problems and the neighborhood where this is super quiet. Great place to go with families, or with a very quiet couple. The house is super spacious and well sectored for a family. We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and it was super comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay either indoors or outdoors (it has a large garden with pool and grill). We hope to come back to Necochea soon and stay there again!

Gonzalo was very friendly and very proactive to solve our needs which allowed us to fully enjoy and rest. I also advise us on places to visit. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and built with very good quality materials. It is well located and has a large supermarket 200 mtrs. It has a parking area that allows you to maneuver easily. We are very happy and will surely be back.

Excellent cabin very close to the beach. Rest assured! The bed is very good! The setting is unbeatable, quiet and beautiful! We were touched very cold days but the salamander heated the whole cabin. The kitchen is very well equipped. Highly recommended, thank you Alejandra, we will surely be back again!
