I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

Perfect for a digital nomad. Stayed here for two weeks, half a block away from a supermarket with pretty much everything you might need (fresh meat and chicken, fresh vegetables, good selection of imported beer, imported sodas, and kombucha), 3 blocks away from the Main road (gym, restaurants, cafes, etc). The kitchen is stacked with pots and utensils, AC worked great and the washer/dryer combo was the cherry on top. Residential area, so very quiet at night.

Melvin is a great host - super friendly and helpful. He met us early to help us drop our bags off and always communicated quickly. The place is clean and comfortable with a kitchen we could cook in. The balcony was great - we sat outside in the evening and observed the sloth in the tree right outside. Highly recommend for a couple looking to stay in Manuel Antonio.

A very cozy, quiet, safe and clean place. When you enter the villa it smells very nice and is equipped with everything you need to have a good stay. We took advantage of the pool and the ranch to make a barbecue. When we needed help, they quickly solved it for us

Maria was a wonderful host and was always responsive! Her place is in a perfect location. Everything is nearby - grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, the Manuel Antonio National Park. You will hear music from a nearby bar, but it did not bother us one bit and it stopped at about 11pm. The house itself was just as described - loved the king bed, loved the pool, ac worked perfectly!

Our stay here was amazing! Chris and Hollie were extremely responsive throughout our entire stay and provided great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We highly recommend a 4x4 if available for the drive and enjoyed the scenic views along the trip up the mountain. The house is perfectly designed with modern features and everything you need to ensure you feel right at home. The back porch was incredible for morning coffee and enjoying the views of the beach and jungle, while listening and seeing the wildlife surrounding us. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and enjoyed opening up the doors at night to let the cool ocean breeze pass through. What makes this place extra special is Chris and Hollie. We enjoyed getting to know more about them, the property, their vision for future projects, and you can see their genuine joy for hosting guests. They were readily available when asking questions and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for a great trip!

We had a wonderful time The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. It was wonderful to enjoy nature from the terrace, the view was phenomenal. It is true that you need a 4x4 to get there, but that also ensures that once you have arrived you can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility!

After a fiasco with our original Airbnb, I messaged Nicholas and Gelena to see if we could check in as soon as possible. They messaged back within just a couple of minutes and said we could check in within the hour. The house was beautiful. We saw all kinds of birds from the pool; my favorite was the visits by the parrots every evening around 5pm. The location was perfect. 30 minutes to Quepos and 30 minutes to Uvita. The closest beach, playa Matapalo, has sloths in the trees every morning. We got some of the best pictures and videos there! If we ever come back to Costa Rica, this house would be our top choice!! If you’re thinking about booking, do it!! Just make sure you have a rental car with 4wd as you’ll need it to get up to the house.

Excellent service and the house is very well equipped (more than expected). In short, I loved the place.

We had a great visit at the Bahia Ballena house . The house was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We were also allowed to check in earlier which was a big plus. Lauren/Michelle were super responsive. The location of the house was perfect- not too far from anything. The nature around was breathtaking. My teenagers loved the pool! We surely would stay again. We loved this place! Close to anything you’ll want to do in Quepos and Manuel Antonio, but still private. You have the whole house to yourself and a private gate. Felt very safe and private! Only noise was from nature (birds and other animals scurrying on the roof), and things falling out of the trees hit the roof occasionally. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. Overall this place is great and we definitely recommend!

I just want to start off and say that this is the best house that I’ve ever booked a vacation at the people that owned The house are literally amazing and so helpful. The location is so beautiful. Everything is so clean and organized. The air conditioner works amazing Too with the heat they literally booked all of our excursions and picked us up from the house Was always so patient with us and literally made our trip so amazing I will definitely come back worth every penny I had the best birthday ever and the views and the pool was so amazing 100000/10 recommend this house to anyone looking To come to Costa Rica !!!!😍

Our stay with Portasol was great! Very private, very clean and well decorated, had everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking at home, and staff was responsive and friendly. The property was beautiful and immersed in nature. It can get a bit buggy at night as you are in the mountains in the middle of the forest, but being mindful of which lights you keep on help mitigate them. Overall a great stay if you’re looking for seclusion, nature and an eco-friendly place!

Hello, I did not meet Eddie in person but it is clear that he is a very friendly, attentive person, always answering messages, clarifying any doubts, he allowed me to leave a little later. He lent me his Netflix account, which I am very grateful for because it was very useful. As for the place, it is a very nice, beautiful place, full of vegetation, lush, it is a gated condominium with other apartments, all very well maintained. They were cute. As for the apartment, it's small but very comfortable for one person, it's comfortable, it has everything you need Nice. In a common area, there is a washer and dryer that is very helpful. The bus stop that you can go to Quepos and to another sector of Manuel Antonio is a few meters away. I highly recommend the condo.

i didn't get to meet jhonathon while i was there because he was out of the country. The people he hired were very friendly and helpfull. including Edar who is the gatekeeper and Luis who i think makes sure things get done. the landscaping is very well done and the pool is warmed by the sun to a very comfortable temp. i liked the pictures on the website but seeing it was better. Jaco is a tourist town but if you want to eat like the natives i recommend Garabito and Rustico.
