El lugar está súper bonito! Me encantó lo fácil que fue el acceso, la casa estaba impecable y nos encantó los diferentes espacios. Fui en familia y me gustó que tenían algunas cosas para jugar, mi hijo y yo aprovechamos el espacio para jugar tenis y futbol en el área verde junto a la piscina. La comunicación fue excelente y siempre contestaron mis preguntas. Excelente host, súper recomendado!

Great location. Fabulous views and very comfortable stay in Manuel Antonio

This is our second stay in this building. We last visited a couple years ago and stayed in a different condo. This one was equally luxurious! We loved watching wildlife from the balcony. The condo was spotless, the bedding was so comfortable and soft, and plenty of hot water in the showers. It’s also located in a great spot to walk to several restaurants and a grocery store. We love that it has a security guard and a concierge who helped us arrange excursions like a night jungle tour and surf lessons. She also arranged a shuttle to drive us back to San Jose and for a car rental while we were there. We loved it!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

El hospedaje excelente, me encantó su cercanía con la playa. Lugar tranquilo. Y con comercio cerca. Sin duda lo recomiendo. El anfitrión fue muy amable.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

El lugar muy bonito y la atención excelente

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Wir waren für fünf Tage im Appartement und haben es genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir konnten zwischendurch auch den kleinen Pool benutzen. Carles ist ein aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Für Langzeitreisende ist dies ein guter Ort für Zwischendurch, da man sich mit der guten Ausstattung der Küche (sogar ein Mixer für Smoothies) sehr gut selbstverpflegen kann für zwei Personen. Die Gegend um das Appartment ist ruhig und mit der angenehmen Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator schläft man sehr gut. Long story short: Absolut empfehlenswert, wer Uvita bzw. dem Nationalpark Marino Ballena einen Besuch abstatten möchte.

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Agradecemos la estadía del fin de semana en el Condominio Jaco Bay y Don Ricardo , ya que estuvimos como en casa , un lugar muy agradable , seguro, tranquilo, organizado, accesible y céntrico . Lo recomiendo para pasar sus vacaciones , no tenemos queja alguna.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr geräumig. Die außen Küche mit dem Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jeden Morgen konnten wir tucane von dort aus beobachten. Die Ansprechpartneri n Itza war sehr lieb und immer sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und Michael war immer gut erreichbar!

Excelente opción para disfrutar de las mejores playas de la zona. El apartamento es amplio, tiene una excelente vista y está en una ubicación práctica para acceder a las playas y restaurantes de la zona. Altamente recomendable adquirir el pase para disfrutar del club Punta Leona.

Place was great! Ideal location and great view. Facilities in the community were perfect as well Romelia was also extremely responsive and great to deal with! Cant wait to go back! 10 out of 10!!!

We had a great time last week. This condo was fabulous. The views, location and privacy was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and Roberto was prompt in getting back with us for any of our questions/requests. I highly recommend this spot. My husband and I come to Los Sueños a couple times a year first time staying at this particular condo, but I would come back. You won’t be disappointed!

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön. Die Affen toben regelmäßig durch die Anlage, viele andere Tiere sind zu sehen. Für uns war es eine Art Dschungelkino. Das Haus an sich ist geräumig, gut klimatisierbar und sehr sauber. In der Anlage kann man sich sehr sicher fühlen. Gigi hat auf kleinere Probleme sofort reagiert und geholfen.

Hoy nos despedimos de ese Hermoso lugar , un Condo súper equipado , todo como sale en las fotos , me ayudaron en todo lo que les pregunté , el lugar es HERMOSO 😍 NATURALEZA , SE RESPIRA PAZ , vimos los monos cara blanca , lapas y oso perezoso visitamos las dos playas Manta y playa blanca ahí mismo , el edificio está súper cerca de la playa, tiene muchas comodidades el beach club también estaba muy relajante y vista al mar me encanto, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con la vista del balcón que tiene la naturaleza que se respira , se los recomiendo pra pasar unas vacaciones en familia , mi familia y yo estamos seguros que volveremos a venir ☺️😍😍😍Exelente 20/10 Punta Esmeralda no tengo una sola queja de nda ni cn el lugar ni Anfrition que nos ayudo con todo . My family absolutely loved our time In Manuel Antonio and the stay at this Airbnb. The condo was as advertised and was very spacious and clean. However, the 3 balconies are what sets this Airbnb apart from others. The view is nothing less than spectacular. The different birds and wildlife we saw from the balcony are too numerous to list. The Shana resort was beautiful as well we enjoyed the restaurant, pools, and the short walk/hike down to Biesanz beach. Vanessa was also very helpful and booked several tours for us including day and night tours to the park, fishing, horseback riding, and a chocolate/coffee tour. Every tour was great and unlike similar tours in other destinations these tours were all better than advertised. In summary I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Costa Rica truly delivered for my family and left us all inspired. Can’t wait to return someday and experience more of this wonderful country.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Susana. Le logement est super beau avec une vue splendide sur la plage. Nous avions tout l’équipement nécessaire. Belle terrasse pour nos repas. Le site était tranquille, avec une magnifique grande plage. Nous avons fait de belles grandes marches. L’eau de la mer et des piscines étaient chaudes et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Enfin Susana a répondu à toutes nos questions. Si vous êtes sans transport le système de bus est plus ou moins fiables. Il est difficile de savoir à quelle heure passe l’autobus. Toutefois il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face du site. Merci pour tout.

We had a great time at the apartment, which was exactly as described. The building is brand new and the unit has good wi-fi, cold (and necessary) A/C and fans, new appliances, comfortable beds, and decent soundproofing. The unit directly faces the ocean so most of the Jaco nightlife noise is avoided other than from the beach below. The building appears to be almost exclusively vacation rentals, so has a feel more like a hotel than an Airbnb - not a bad thing, just an observation. It's a quick short block walk to the main Jaco street with restaurants and shopping. The beach view is incredible from the unit and also the rooftop, though you almost don't need to go up there since you're on the 11th floor anyway (elevators were busy but reliable). Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the hosts' responsiveness especially when the building unexpectedly lost water for several hours (not a common occurrence). Pool was also awesome and never to busy even on a holiday.
