The peaceful hamlet of Saint-Sulpice 9 minutes drive from Château-Gontier with its splendid Château de la Rongère overlooking the Mayenne river, a jewel of the department, is grouped with the small neighboring village of Loigné-sur-Mayenne, both forming the new municipality of "La Roche-Neuville" (names of 2 locks on the Mayenne river below). Airbnb represents this part of the house with its independent entrance on Rue du Val Fleuri parking on the peaceful street right in front of the entrance. Fully renovated comfortable ground floor + 1 floor house, with contemporary decoration embellished with beautiful pieces of antique furniture. 2 bedrooms upstairs each with wardrobes, 1 shower room with WC. Well equipped kitchen with fridge + freezer compartment, 2 ovens, induction cooktop, washing machine and dishwasher. 4 wonderful weeks with my cat. Thierry is a warm, always friendly, sociable, smiling and available host.

Nice room, but no air conditioning or fan, it was very hot under the roofs. 1 shared bathroom for 3 bedrooms is a little tight. Otherwise, very nice host, with brioche and jams available for breakfast, that's nice.

Perfect and as described. Very quiet. Arrival without lockbox but the host arrived in 5 minutes when we notified him of our arrival nearby. Check-out with lockbox so whenever you want. Thank you.
