We had a fantastic stay at Soma Byron Bay during our recent annual corporate trip. The property was not only stunning but also perfectly suited to our needs for relaxation and productivity. Firstly, Samantha, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. She ensured that all our questions were promptly answered and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal, offering a serene environment while being conveniently close to town. It's worth noting that the owner resides nearby, which may be something to consider if your group is particularly lively or plans to stay up late. Overall, Soma provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommend.

We shared a very special multi-generational family (18-91 yo's) holiday in Palm Cove and this home provided the perfect base. The bedroom suite downstairs was perfect for my older parents and the 3 bdrms upstairs, (complete w bathrooms, TVs and balconies )was brilliant for my young adult children, my husband and me! The generous welcome supplies in the kitchen (cupboards and fridge) were a wonderful surprise & we enjoyed making 'real coffee' using beans! The layout of the home was fabulous for our group, affording different options for time together (watching tv, in the pool, at the dining tables or on the couch) and also solo - curled up on a sun-lounger or chair soaking in the bath, kids streaming their own Tv etc. The property is located in easy walking from all of Palm Cove and its beautiful - though I suggest more for adults and older children. If using a car, note the drive is very steep - we ended up parking our 8 seater hire car across the crossover for fear of damaging it.

The Edge is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed, made even better by the wonderful hosts. We were made very welcome when we arrived and had the most amazing cheese platter left in the fridge. The view was second to none, the pool absolutely amazing and the living area incredible. Would definitely stay again. 😁🥰

Amazing location—just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We really enjoyed our time here! A couple of small things that could be improved: we didn’t have the key to the shared gaming area on arrival and had to do some back and forth to locate it, and a garage remote wasn’t initially provided. There were also a couple of unexpected visits during the stay (a contractor and pool cleaner) that we weren’t notified about. Nothing major—just small things that could be smoothed out. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely recommend this place to others!

Amazing and very graphic house. Beautiful nature, a magical moment. Pool design in the basement a little dark . But I imagine it's a desire of the architect😅. Thank you very much

Ensure you open the house up as the BBQ sets off smoke detectors! Beautiful home only one car space in garage available. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful with wallabies close by. Would have been great to use the other fridge (locked up in Walk in Robe) as big house with one fridge and none in Butlers Pantry. Hopefully the fan on patio is repaired as needed it some afternoons (they had contacted maintenance for us). Besides that wonderful stay, very relaxing Patio and Pool, would stay again.

The palace is just as the name suggests- a true palace. The house and location are spectacular. The hosts are responsive to questions as well. The layout is great for a large group or family as all the rooms are private with their own bathroom. The common area is also amazing with a large central kitchen for making fun group meals and two sizable separate sitting areas. The decorating is over the top in a very special and unique way with every detail thought of to help you escape and appreciate the local culture. We were blown away !
