Vacation rentals with beach access in Queensland

Our stay was great! Awesome location right on the beach by Maroochy surf slub. There were 3 bedrooms, and an extra mattress so can sleep plenty if needed. We had everything we needed and Daniel was great at communicating

We loved our stay, well set up with the little extras like basic pantry staples, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, laundry detergent. Location is amazing - across the road from Nobbys beach and walking distance to Nobbys restaurant/cafe strip. Parking great for large vehicles - hard to find for a lot of accomodation. House was as described and presented in pictures. Carolyn was great to communicate with and assisted with providing cot and baby bath at late notice. Would recommend stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach and the vibrant main street of Surfers Paradise. Lisa & Shane were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly communicative from the moment we booked. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, always happy to assist with anything we needed. Despite a cyclone hitting the day before our arrival, the property was immaculate—a true testament to their dedication and care. It’s clear that Lisa & Shane genuinely want their guests to have the best experience possible. We’ll definitely be back—thank you both for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay here. the host Manny was super helpful and quick to reply. the apparentment was small but felt big enough for the 3 of us. we took our 2 year old and she was safe to wander around the apartment and the pools and some are even heated so great for the cooler weather. The apartment was clean and tidy, nice and cosy. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay

We had a lovely stay in Townsville! The apartment was lovely and the kids especially loved having their own bathroom. The apartment was very conveniently located for the kids’ waterpark and also convenient for the day trips we made to Billabong wildlife sanctuary and Magnetic Island. Many thanks for a lovely and friendly check-in and all the instructions given!

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️

Lyndall & Barry’s place was a beautiful home to stay in. A great location and a short walk to the beach. They provided a clean and comfortable stay for our weekend away. Would highly recommend this place and would come again sometime in the future!

Lovely stay for my daughter and I birthday get together. So special to have a private pathway access to the beach. Beautiful clean spacious Beach House with gardens. Enjoyed Local food market day and coffee/food cafe down the road. Will definitely book again! 5 stars!

We had a great time at Beryl’s. It had everything we needed, it’s very close to the beautiful quiet beach and it has a nice deck to enjoy the sea breeze.

We've been travelling around Australia for 3 months and feel this was our favorite place to stay in all of our time here. The home was stunning. Very comfortable and private, it was all you could ask for and more. It was a mere 185 steps to the beach (it was right across the street!) and just a few blocks away on the same street were some amazing restaurants, cafes and shops. They were easily accessible but far enough away that you couldn't hear any music or noise. In fact, the only thing we could hear from the house was the wind blowing through the trees or birds chirping. The home was stunning, modern, pristine and Deborah was a fantastic host. It really couldn't have been better and it was difficult to leave.

Great place in a great location. The house had everything we needed. Walking distance to the local pub and cafe. Most of our time was spent on the beach, a very short walk right in front of the property. The pool was a great bonus to cool off with the kids. Thank you for our stay, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Such a cute place, so close to the beach and a great location to all of Kirra and Coolangatta everything within walking distance. House was very clean and comfortable.

This apartment is amazing Almost 360 degree views of the entire Gold Coast beaches and hinterlands. It’s clean. It has everything. Fabulous weekend stay cay!

Great host who went above and beyond during Cyclone Alfred, accommodating our extended stay when we couldn’t leave the state. The place was fantastic - great location and excellent amenities. We had a small issue at check-in, but the host resolved it smoothly. Thanks for having us!

Stayed for two nights — the studio was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great location, close to the beach and Broadbeach cafes. Great bed and good communication. A solid option for a short stay.

it was great staying,nice view from all three rooms , my family enjoyed very much. Everything was so convenient. Just love it. The hoist was very helpful make sure our arrival and check in. Thanks for everything hope we will visit soon.
