Brand new large family home which is a short drive to the beach, golf courses, wineries and all the Bellarine has to offer. This beautiful home has four bedrooms with a spacious main bedroom with a large luxury en-suite and walk in robe. There are three other bedrooms with two queen beds and two single beds. The front house was built in 1863 for a sea pilot and the “Rusty gate “ section that you will be staying in , is at the rear and is named this because you will enter through a Rusty Gate into the property , was built on later in the 1900s . It has a wonderful atmosphere and is peaceful and quiet . It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops .
