We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at Janice's place. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. Janice was a fantastic host — very welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. You could tell she really cares about her guests. The little touches made all the difference — from the well-prepared space to the peaceful surroundings. My wife and I left feeling refreshed and happy. We’d love to come back again! One of the nicest airbnb I’ve stayed at! I highly value spaciousness and a kitchen well stocked with kitchen appliances, as cooking healthy meals while on the go is a priority for me. Loved our stay, neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Bed linens were high quality and the little touches made it feel homey.

Rosebud is a fantastic seaside location. Away from the bustle of the city and close to so many things to do. Shellys Place is a great spot to stay. Quiet back street away from the main roads and close to walk to town and the beach. The weather this time of year is insane. High;y recommended location and a Fantastic Host

Beautiful property on the beach. Quiet and convenient location with lots of things to do for couples and families with kids. The hosts have maintained the property well and it shows in the artwork and the decor. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Location, location location! This lovely townhouse not only had everything we needed, it was a short stroll to the beach and so close to shops and cafes. We loved staying here- the kids had fun and my mum and I felt very relaxed.

Best location in Lonnie. IGA trucks v noisy at 7am but that can be forgiven as location is brilliant. A stones throw to beach

Great location close to the beach and shops. The accommodation was as described in the listing. Linen and towels are required but pillows and doona are provided. Full kitchen with utensils and appliances and we were also lucky enough to use the BBQ grill! My friends and I enjoyed our staycation here!

Tim's Beach house is an absolute gem in Ocean Grove. The cleanliness, amenities++ and location are perfect for a long or short stay. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the linen is great. This was my 2nd visit and I would highly recommend it anyone looking for a hassle free and relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay! Loved the easter treats when we arrived and the house was really well stocked with more than we expected - such as icypoles and icecream for the kids. The instruction manual left no stones unturned and Brent was super responsive when we had a couple of questions. The kids loved using the wagon and playing table tennis - our few days away were relaxing and we'll be back to Barwon Heads for sure. Thank you!

This was our second stay here, and we’ll definitely be returning again. The house is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The location is ideal—just steps from the ocean, where the sound of the waves creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The hosts are friendly, highly responsive, and communicate exceptionally well, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautifully appointed townhouse. It was well laid out with comfortable furniture and beds, was squeaky clean and had a well equipped kitchen. We were two couples and it fit our needs perfectly. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch. The accommodation was really well situated, with a supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance making our stay very easy. Claudio was a great host and arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Belinda and Jason’s place. It was beautiful decorated, sparkling clean and they provided anything and everything we could have possibly needed for a really comfortable and relaxing time, from beach towels and kids toys to pantry ideas and lovely bathroom products. It was very family friendly, the location was great and peaceful, and the facilities were excellent. Our children loved the pool, tennis court, playground and basketball. 800 meters walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the center of Torquay. Hopefully to stay again!
