Monthly Rentals in Queens Park

Peter’s place was a great place to stay for the few days I spent in Perth, great location close to shopping centre and everywhere I needed to go. Place was neat and tidy, would definitely recommend to a friend and would stay again.

We visit Perth frequently to see family and always return to Lilian’s place. It is a little gem. Lilian is a most gracious and warm host who takes a friendly and helpful interest in all her guests. She ensures that the atmosphere in her home is peaceful and quiet but always interesting. Lilian’s home is spotlessly clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for public transport, shops and restaurants. We visited this time in a heat wave and were very grateful for our air conditioned bedroom. Thank you Lilian.

I've stayed here many times, and the experience is still very good ~

We travelled with 2 elderlies above 70 years old, 1 6 month old infant and 4 other adults. It was a great stay with 4 bedrooms, enough for our 9 days stay. We particularly loved the fully furnished kitchen and having a washer and dryer for our needs. There's also a laundry line at the back of the house for us to hang our wet clothes outside. The location is very conveniently located to the largest shopping mall, with many supermarkets. It is also along a main highway that makes it convenient to drive out to other suburbs and places of interest. The house is very clean, and the host responds very promptly. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!
