THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite but nice away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Our holiday property ( house with 2 apartments with respective separate entrance ) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein , right on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm property also leads to the campfire , camping and in winter for tobogganing on your own toboggan slope. The house only serves as a holiday property So it doesn't have a permanent tenant. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask to be considerate to each other.

The apartment on the first floor of a family house is located directly at the foot of the Harz, between the cities of Wernigerode and Ilsenburg in the small town of Drübeck. Located directly on the forest, you can hike from the apartment on numerous routes into the Harz Mountains or start with the mountain bike. The motorway (A36) makes the place the perfect starting point for excursions in the entire Harz region, as well as in the northern Harz foothills. With about 60 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The apartment building, currently occupied by the owners and a tenant, was built in 1911. The attic was converted in 2016 and one of the two resulting apartments is rented as a vacation home. The apartment has been extended to the top of the roof, creating a generous sense of space.
