Hai was amazing. He was so supportive and always messaging us, checking in to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. His apartment was spotless, and was so nice, lovely to come to after a long day of travelling. If I could rate Hai higher I would, he and his son are lovely friendly people Thank you Hai

Vi is a very friendly and open host. She was always reachable and helped us with everything we wanted to know. The room was clean and looked like the pictures. There is an AC so that you can set the room temperature you want. The bathroom is very nice. It has no windows and is therefore open. The property is very beautiful and has many traditional details. It is very easy to relax with the calm music, the green surrounding and the lovely decoration. There is also a small restaurant on the property where you can book good breakfast and dinner, as well as coffee and snacks for reasonable prices. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, Vi! This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Homestay is fully equipped, spotless, and well cared! The privacy is unbeatable. With a beautiful garden and no immediate neighbors, we could relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without worry. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, away from noisy main roads, offering pure tranquility. And the kitchen—wow! Spacious, airy, and perfect for cooking, especially with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and generous neighbors who share their delicious homegrown produce. The garden even has grapefruit and papaya trees, so we enjoyed fresh fruit straight from nature! Finally, the host is beyond amazing—100 out of 10! Incredibly kind, always available, and quick to help with anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly special place in Yen Bai, this is it. We’d absolutely stay again. dieser Ort ist perfekt um mal aus dem Trubel der Stadt zu gelangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Als es mir am Tag der Abreise nicht so gut ging, durften wir auch später auschecken. Bei Ausflügen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen ein Auto zu organisieren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. das Essen ist auch super lecker.

Me and my wife visited Xoi's homestay in july of 2024. We were travelling through vietnam by motorcycles. Xoi was excellent in her communication, not only did she instantly reply to my messages but her English was spot on. She's a very happy and excited host. The whole family is great. We had an amazing dinner with the whole family and another french couple that was also staying at Xoi's. we stayed for one night in the most beautiful room we could imagine. This place is a 100% worth the drive. If we ever come back to northern vietnam this is definitely a place we are going back to. Xoi is great, food was great, room was awesome. You SHOULD go here!

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.
