Alles war super, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung aber auch mit der Kommunikation.

La casa di Marco e Patrizia è davvero accogliente, fornita di tutto il necessario e super pulita. Vicino al mare sia in macchina che a piedi e comodissimo anche alla fermati del pullman che in caso non si avesse l’auto porta direttamente in centro a Cagliari.

Sehr schöne Wohnung wie beschrieben mit fantastischem Ausblick auf das Meer. Man hört ein bisschen die Strasse aber wir fühlten uns trotzdem sehr wohl! Gerne können wir diese hübsche Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

tolles preis - leistungs Verhältnis. Es gab alles was man braucht. Wer mehr erwartet sollte sich des Preises bewusst sein. Für uns war es top. Man kann wäschewaschen, kochen, ca 15-20 Minuten zum Strand und etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof Cagliari. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen kräftigen Händedruck 😉👌

La terrasse est très belle avec aperçu sur la mer, l’appartement est confortable, bien équipé. Efisio nous a très bien accueillies et renseignées. Il a su être très flexible pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. N’hésitez pas à réserver votre séjour ! Merci beaucoup Efisio !

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bot alles, was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee, Wasser, Waschmaschine, Shampoo, Decken, Handtücher, Bettdecke, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser und vieles mehr. Die Lage ist strandnah (ca. 1,2 km) und die Terrasse ist toll. Das Bad ist luftdurchzogen und bietet eine gute Belüftung. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gibt nicht viele Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, was für Leichtschläfer möglicherweise ein Problem darstellen könnte. Ich persönlich habe mich jedoch schnell daran gewöhnt und sehe keinen Grund für einen Sternabzug. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! 5 Sterne sind absolut verdient. w/ 30 und 33

Oh the stairs! We were ok but those with knee problems not for you. Can’t park on Rialto so if you park up top, 5 flights of Roman stairs! If you can park on a side street it is a walk up! Lots of up and down hill walking, so in shape your great and a beautiful place is your reward!😊 Loved it!

Hemos viajado del 14 al 21 de octubre. El piso muy limpio y acogedor. La anfitriona muy atenta en todo momento, se esforzaba por hablarnos en castellano y se preocupó de mandarnos sitios para visitar. Recomiendo esta estancia.

My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

Nous avons été surpris de la propreté du logement qui était exceptionnelle. L’emplacement pour profiter de la plage est facile d’accès à pied. Les supermarchés sont très proches. Possibilité de voir un envol de flamant rose en rentrant de la plage. Les bus sont très accessibles également.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

a great apartment in the heart of cagliari! It’s on a side street so you still have some quiet but you’re steps away from the main streets and public transportation. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities provided. Cristian was a great help in anything I needed! It was great having central air conditioning too

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

great spot, wish we could have stayed longer. walking distance to everything you need. great instructions from hosts, including good tips for parking. the apartment is huge and has everything you need. very comfortably fit all 6 of our group.

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Lage & Parkplatz bestens. Supermarkt nebenan und auch gute Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Zum Strand & den Strandrestaurants ist's allerdings fast schon zu weit zu Laufen, aber machbar. Ansonsten alles tip-top.

Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans le logement de Marco, l’appartement est impeccable, très bien située et dans une résidence calme et respectueuse. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Marco et Simona sont disponibles, réactifs et compréhensifs! À notre arrivée nous avons eu plus de 2h de retards à cause de notre vol, ce qui nous a fait arriver à 22h et malgré cela ils nous ont attendus sans nous en tenir rigueur! Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons adoré notre séjour en Sardaigne ☀️

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten ein paar schöne und erholsame Tage in der Unterkunft von Rosy und Marco. Super schöne Dachterasse, toller Pool insbesondere auch für unsere kleine Tochter da ein erhöhter Bereich vorhanden war. Privatsphäre gegeben. Tolle Tipps von Marco erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Umgebung ist nicht so schön und wenig bis gar nichts fußläufig erreichbar (Supermarkt, Restaurants). Da wir ein Auto hatten war dies für uns kein Problem. Zu bedenken sind die vielen Schrägen in der Wohnung, die durch Schränke zwar gut genutzt werden aber das stehen teilweise erschweren wenn man groß ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen :)
