Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. My place has great views, the local beach is a short walk , and there are a good selection of restaurants and dining. Fantastic choice of beaches are a short drive away which have numerous family-friendly activities. The city of Cagliari is about 30 minutes away is has a wide variety of art and culture. My villa is great for couples and families alike who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful, relaxing location.

What an incredible view from the terrace! We loved the home and our stay there. We enjoyed all of our meals out in the terrace and were able to explore nearby restaurants as well. Although we went in an off-season, we were lucky to find some restaurants open. Grocery stores are not very close by but the host was thoughtful enough to ask and remind us before we checked in. A very relaxing stay. Joanne was prompt in responding to our questions and very friendly. The access to the beach from the home is also great. Thank you for everything Joanne. We had such a wonderful stay. We would love to come back again.

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

Francesco's place is one of the best AirBnBs I've visited so far. The place looks exactly like the pictures, the bathroom is great. Everything was very clean and tidy. The bedroom/living room is very large. The small coffee corner lovingly offers everything for a mini start to the day. In addition, you have a small private terrace in front of the room. The property is on a side street to the main street of the village of Villasimius and is therefore very quiet. If you are a good walker, the beautiful beach of Simius can be reached in about 10 minutes. I will definitely be back!

The apartment “Via col vento” is one of three residential units in Julia's house, with a common courtyard. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace. It is exceptionally well planned, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. Julia is an attentive and hospitable host who responded kindly and quickly to all our requests and was also happy to provide additional household items. She greeted us personally on the first day, even though our plane was delayed, and kindly adjusted the check-out time to our needs. The rest is exactly as described in the exposé and in the comments of other guests. We recommend the house and the owner without reservation and would love to come back.

Beautiful Villasimius!!

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

A wonderfully relaxing stay! I was warmly welcomed by Giuseppe's family and immediately felt welcome. The house is clean and well-maintained, quietly located, the kitchen is well equipped, and the view from the terrace is even better than in the photos. Sitting here with a glass of wine and watching the full moon rise over the sea: I won't forget that so soon, wonderful! Thank you!

Mario and Maria were extremely helpful! The very spacious and well furnished apartment, ideal for a family of 4, well ventilated in a very quiet area. Spacious kitchen equipped with every equipment. Large, clean bathroom. There are 3 large balconies. Super functional air conditioning. We had a really good time and thank you for the great tips on beaches and restaurants. For us, a strategic location because we were still going around visiting Villasimius and the beaches of Chia. Upon arrival we found everything we needed and drinks for breakfast and enjoyed it throughout the week. It was a very nice thing to do!

We were very satisfied in the house with Sylvia. The apartment on the second floor is quite bright, clean, the bathroom is large, a kitchenette for smaller cooking. The surroundings of the apartment is quiet, nearby there is a beach as well as a shop within walking distance. By car, many beautiful beaches are accessible. Sylvia is an excellent host, she is interested in clients, responds immediately to all questions, there is no problem for her, she helped us with renting the car and was also always helpful. We recommend!!!
