Everything was great, we were very satisfied with the apartment but also with the communication.

Marco and Patrizia's house is really cozy, equipped with everything you need and super clean. Close to the sea both by car and on foot and very convenient also to the bus stops that in case you do not have a car take you directly to the center of Cagliari.

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari in 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. Sincere thanks for the nice days

Great value for the money. There was everything you need. Those who expect more should be aware of the price. It was great for us. You can do laundry, cook, about 15-20 minutes to the beach and about 30 minutes by bus to Cagliari train station. There was a strong handshake to welcome us 😉👌

Apartment is very clean and well furnished. It is about 30 mins bus drive to the center of Cagliari. Efisio is a very helpful host, quickly responding to any of our messages.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was very clean and provided everything you need: coffee maker, coffee, water, washing machine, shampoo, blankets, towels, duvet, air conditioning, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, glasses and much more. The location is close to the beach (about 1.2 km) and the terrace is great. The bathroom is airy and well ventilated. Only small criticism: There are not many hanging options in the bathroom. An important note: The property is just off the main road, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Personally, however, I quickly got used to it and see no reason for a star deduction. Overall, I highly recommend this place! 5 stars are absolutely deserved. w/ 30 and 33

Oh the stairs! We were ok but those with knee problems not for you. Can’t park on Rialto so if you park up top, 5 flights of Roman stairs! If you can park on a side street it is a walk up! Lots of up and down hill walking, so in shape your great and a beautiful place is your reward!😊 Loved it!

We traveled from October 14 to 21. The apartment is very clean and cozy. The host was helpful at all times, she made an effort to speak to us in Spanish and took the time to send us places to visit. I recommend this stay.

My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

We were surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was exceptional. The location for enjoying the beach is easy to reach on foot. Supermarkets are very close. Possibility of seeing a flight of pink flamingos when returning from the beach. Buses are also very accessible.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

a great apartment in the heart of cagliari! It’s on a side street so you still have some quiet but you’re steps away from the main streets and public transportation. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities provided. Cristian was a great help in anything I needed! It was great having central air conditioning too

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

We spent 2 weeks in Marco's home, the apartment is impeccable, very well located and in a quiet and respectful residence. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Marco and Simona are available, responsive and understanding! When we arrived we were more than 2 hours late because of our flight, which made us arrive at 10 p.m. and despite this they waited for us without holding it against us! Thank you for hosting us, we loved our stay in Sardinia ☀️

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!

We had a nice and relaxing few days at Rosy and Marco's place. Super nice roof terrace, great pool especially for our little daughter as there was an elevated area. Privacy given. Great tips from Marco. We felt very comfortable. The location of the surroundings is not so beautiful and little to nothing within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants). Since we had a car, this was no problem for us. To be considered are the many slopes in the apartment, which are well used by cabinets but make standing difficult if you are tall. We would recommend the place anytime :)
