In een woord: perfect!! Giuseppe is de ideale host: reageert direct op vragen, is pro-actief, super vriendelijk en enorm gastvrij. Hij is zelf opgegroeid in de villa en je voelt de liefde voor deze plek overal. Het huis was brandschoon toen we aankwamen, en helemaal compleet. De bedden en meubilair zijn enorm comfortabel en de keuken en badkamers van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is een paradijs: nog veel groter en mooier dan op de foto’s. Met het fijne privé zwembad, groot (voetbal) veld, tafelvoetbal, schommels en glijbaan een absolute droomplek voor onze drie zoons (van 12, 5 en 3 jaar). Er zijn meerdere lounge sets buiten, en een heerlijke veranda met grote eettafel. Absoluut de beste AirBnb waar we ooit verbleven hebben! We komen zeker nog eens terug.

This villa offers a very special vacation experience, and we (two families) spent a wonderful week here in October. The Villa has a spectacular setting on a hillside with an expansive view of the ocean and surrounding area. All aspects of this Villa are maintained in pristine condition - the interior spaces, furniture, pool, and the spectacular garden landscaping surrounding the home. Tatiana is a very responsive and friendly host, and offers great recommendations and booking support. Car rental is essential for the Villa. There is a beautiful beach walking distance away, but most sites, restaurants and shopping require a car.

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and we had a great time at this Airbnb. Was a little difficult to find the house but Gianna was there (om the phone) giving us direction to meet her. She was lovely and helpful at the check in. The place es modern, super clean and very well located (quiet area but easy access to everywhere with a car). Some extras as umbrella, snorkel and kids toys may be find at the house. I really recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s house! The villa has a peaceful feeling and excellent view of the sea and garden. The beach is only a short walk away and easy drive to numerous other beaches. Make dinner reservations as soon as you arrive, as some of the most popular restaurants fill up days in advance.

Eine tadellose Unterkunft. Wir waren vom Garten und der Umgebung begeistert! Sig. Giovanna und Sig. Fausto waren sehr entgegenkommend und haben uns betreffend tägliche Einkäufe gut beraten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Beide! Der Weg durch das Kondominium zum Campulongustrand hat uns ins wahrste Sinne des Wortes sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist flach abfallend und das Wasser herrlich durchsichtig. Wir waren erstaunt über den schönen dichten Rasen, der das Haus umgibt und die Vielfalt der vorhandenen Pflanzen. This place is a little slice of paradise. Waking up and looking out the upstairs balcony and eating breakfast in the sunshine every morning was lovely. We traveled a little bit before everything nearby was open in terms of restaurants, but Cagliari is only a 45 minute drive from the house and there are other nearby villages to shop at. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen. There is plenty of cookware. The home is a short walk to a small beach which we went to everyday.

Superbe maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Nous avons également bien dormi car la literie est de qualité.. Je recommande cette jolie maison sans problème d autant que l accueil avec le sourire de TIZIANA est impeccable.

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

We had a wonderful time at the villa! It's a stylish, well-designed, and well-built property just a short walk from a fantastic beach and a quick drive to grocery stores and great restaurants. The thoughtfully designed outdoor space features beautiful landscaping and plenty of seating and dining areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The welcoming hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. We highly recommend this villa for a truly memorable vacation.

Manuela ist eine wunderbare und zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben: atemberaubende Sicht und schöne Ausstattung innen. Zu Fuss kommt man innert 5 Minuten zum öffentlichen Strand. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Würden wiederkommen!

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Un super séjour, dans une villa très agréable et adapté pour 2 familles avec 2 enfants. Villa propre, apaisante, décoration simple mais efficace, extérieure très agréable et petite terrasse sur le première étage. Beaucoup de confort pour le sejour, très simple et très fournis pour commencer les vacances sans stress. La communication était facile et réactive. Petit bémol pour la piscine par rapport à l'époque de notre séjour (début Avril). Une eau un peu chauffé aurait été le TOP pour en profiter d'avantage. Merci à vous

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar ruhig am Ortsrand mit tollem Blick auf die Berge gelegen. Zum Meer kommt man mit dem Auto in unter 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Im Haus gab es alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Gian Luca hat uns trotz Verspätung unsererseits bei unserer Anreise an einem Feiertag sehr herzlich persönlich begrüßt und war auch während der anderen Tage bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und den unkomplizierten Checkout!
