Our apartment is in a well-served area of the coast, 600 meters from the sea, along the SP 17. It can accommodate 4 guests and is equipped with all amenities including: indoor parking, WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave and LCD TV. We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

My family and I loved staying at the villa. The layout is unique but worked really well for our group. The proximity to the beach was very nice, but the pool was the real gem of the place. Our kids were in it all the time. I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely villa!

Nick and his family were the picture of hospitality, they offered local recommendations, provided local drinks for our stay, and were consistently friendly. The place matched the description and photos well and the check in process was very smooth thanks to the quick responses of the host. The villa was incredibly clean with laundered linen and a beach and wash towel package for each guest. We had one small issue which involved the gas for the hob but that was resolved literally within minutes and didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all. The location was good with a pleasant town nearby with good restaurants and places to visit. There was also a beach within walking distance with beautiful clear water. If you wanted to just stay by the pool though you could absolutely spend the day there. There were a range of sofas and loungers and a big enough and warm enough pool to facilitate any games or races you could imagine or simply just relaxing! We would definitely recommend!
