Great apartment in the center, clean and equipped with all comforts. Easy check-in through a numeric keypad. Responsive and clear hosts and co-hosts in the directions.

House in a perfect location because it's central Daniele made us feel at home, the most attentive and kind among the hosts. He was always available to one of our requests and spoiled us with the typical local products. A truly special person! It was a perfect 10 days Thanks again

We spent several days with my partner and the truth is that it exceeded our expectations. From the time of booking, they contact you to arrange the key exchange. Alberto and his family are very friendly and helpful. They are aware of all the details so that you can have a great vacation. Regarding the accommodation, it has everything they offer and more. The place is spacious, bright and they deliver it to you impeccable. In the bathroom and kitchen you have everything you need. The room has a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. An important detail is the terrace that left us speechless!! It's much larger than it looks in the photos, it has a covered area with a large table where we ate almost every day and an uncovered area to take advantage of day and night. You can park on the street without a problem and it is a nice area for walking. Good connections to visit different beaches. We'll be back!!

A delightful apartment in a peaceful setting, but within walking distance of the town. We particularly loved the outside seating area and enjoyed sitting out most evenings with our after dinner coffee and just relaxing. The apartment was very clean and has everything we needed, we appreciated the welcome gifts of fruit, sweets and wine! The owner was lovely and we enjoyed our chats with her. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious apartment with several outside decks. Buses are close by and will take you anywhere you need to go. As of 6/25 an all day pass was 3.30 Euro. Good app too. Super convenient parking.

Frederica and her husband were so kind and easy to communicate with. She is very proactive and accommodating, making a long trip not feel so bad! Great recs and always so fast to respond. The place was clean and exactly as expected. Everything you need for a short stay. Secure and spacious parking spot. Great spot to explore south Sardinia, about 45-60 min from Chia and Villasimius and about 10-15 min from the city center and Poetto beach. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Very happy with our stay :)!

We had a great time with our group of friends at Valentina’s place. We wanted something private with a pool that could host a lot of us and it gave us just that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs and the outdoor space was perfect. Little minus for the crazy amount of mosquitoes which the bug sprays struggled to protect us from, as well as the sea outside the house which even though it was extremely convenient wasn’t the dreamy Sardinian beach you’d hope for but we had the best of times and Valentina was amazing with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend for a large group in need of peace and quiet!

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Nice! We really liked the apartment; warm and cozy and with many refinements of the past. The closed gallery is very nice, rich in greenery; the outdoor garden and the rustic part with a well, brolo, chicken and cats. We appreciated the endless objects that told us about the history of the home making us fantasize about those who lived there. We really felt at home. The basket with reading proposals is also pleasant, both with "tourist" information and literature. The village is small but close to home there is everything and is very convenient both to reach Cagliari and the many places of interest that are located nearby: San Esperate with the garden/museum of Pinuccio Sciola, Dolianova, Barumini, Siddi with the tomb of the giants and the corridor nuraghe. Not to mention the beaches. If we were to come back, we would definitely like to take advantage of this hospitality again

The accommodation is very nice, with a beautiful pool and close to the coast and beaches by car. Gian Luca was very responsive, I would recommend!

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

We searched for accommodation close to the sea, approached by taxi from the airport. It's very well equipped, spacious, clean, and we've had six of us. Nearby Coop shop, 12 minutes to the bus stop. We took the yellow bus PF to Cagliari, it's about 50 minutes. Martina's father welcomed me and explained everything. There were mineral waters in the fridge and orange and lemon on the table. What was a little lacking was the wifi for six of us.

The house is outstanding for 6 people, we been traveling first time to discover Sardinia and the house is spacious and has nice garden we found all the property very clean. Also the house is located close to Coop groceries very important if you planning to prepare food at home and the beach is very close too. Air conditioning works good and kitchen ans living room were very nice. Communication with Laura was always good.

What a beautiful location to spend our vacation. The house is very fully furnished. Louisiana is really very nice and welcoming. Easily accessible via WhatsApp. We felt very welcome. The pool is really lovely. We felt very spoiled.

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

We are very happy to stay at Valentina's place. Everything went smoothly. Valentina was waiting for us and personally greeted us at night. At the same time, she provided all the necessary information for your stay, as well as tips about interesting places to see in Cagliari. She contacted us almost every day to see if everything was okay. The place right next to the Botanical Garden is extremely quiet, close to the center and the train station. The house has an elevator, which makes it easy to get around. We regret that our stay at Valentina's place was so quick. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Cagliari.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

We needed an overnight stay in Cagliari at short notice and came to Piermario. A very nice place with a very friendly landlord. If there were six stars, he would have deserved it.
