Detached house in semi-detached house. It is 600 meters distant from a cristal clear sea. It has also a panoramic view and a small private swimming pool(from June to October) The villa is made up of a large living room with a chimney and some windows through which it is possible to enjoy the view on the sea. It provides also a kitchenette and a dishwasher, two rooms, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. It is located 20 km from Cagliari and very close to other wonderful beaches .
