Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Quartu Sant'Elena

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Die Wohnung von Edvard war superschön und hat alle 5 Sterne verdient, die Aussicht war grandios, die Einrichtung, neue toll gestalteten Bäder, inklusive Küche, Geschirr und Kaffeeautomat waren perfekt und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe zu erreichen und man kann herrlich im klaren Wasser schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach phantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Edvard ...für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Нам все очень понравилось! Паоло отличный хозяин, помогал со всеми нашими вопросами. Это прекрасный дом, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Все комнаты со вкусом обставлены, в доме было очень чисто. Было приятно находиться внутри дома, но отдельно хочу отметить террасу, с которой открывается фантастический вид на море. Невозможно словами описать закаты, которые мы там встречали. Надеюсь когда-нибудь у нас будет еще возможность вернутся сюда

10/10! Super ruhige Gegend. Außer die grillen hört man Nix! Am Ende der Straße , im Grünen mit Blick auf die Berge! Tolle Terrasse und Garten zum draußen sitzen, mit spielehaus/rutsche. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeber sind eine ganz liebe , nette und diskrete Familie . Und der Familien Hund passt perfekt zu allem. Man Brauch unbedingt ein Auto, ist aber in 10 min in costa rei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Leandro and his wife are definitely top hosts! This was one of the best stays ever. Really everything you could want was present in the house. We’ve got biscuits, home made jam and some fresh drinks in the fridge. The garden is very cosy and nice at night with lights. The cleanliness is unbelievable. An excellent location to explore Villasimius and Cagliari. Thans again for thus wonderful stay

Magnifique maison! Très confortable et très bien équipée. La terrasse est devenue notre salle de vie! C’est calme et la vie! WoW! Epicerie à 5 minutes en voiture! 2 plages qui se font en 15 minutes à pieds. Sinon, beaucoup d’autres plages proches en voiture! Nous recommandons fortement. Merci Gloria qui a été très réactive et aidante pour les idées de restos. Ciao!

La cssa de Bárbara es preciosa, ella a cuidado de todos los detalles, habian detalles preparados para los huéspedes como bebidas y productos de higiene personal, Bárbara nos ha dado recomendaciones muy útiles y estaba pendiente de que estuviéramos bien, recomiendo este alojamiento para familias

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-equipped, and just as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful – we felt welcome right away. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this Airbnb!

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Simone. L appartement est propre, bien équipé et identique à la description. Le cadre extérieur avec piscine et jardin sont appréciables. Le quartier est calme. Un endroit paisible pour se reposer et se déconnecter. Simone est un super hôte. Il est très réactif et à l'ecoute. Il nous a bien conseillé sur les plages où se baigner. Il est aussi très généreux. Il nous a offert des légumes et il nous a proposé une soirée pizza.Nous avons passé un super moment avec les autres hôtes. Nous recommandons!

Un appartement irréprochable, situé à l'extérieur de la zone touristique mais avec un arrêt de bus devant le domicile, billet à 12 euros pour la semaine donc idéal. mobilier neuf, très bon couchage. vaisselle à disposition, tout est parfait. Raffaella ist wirklich eine absolut tolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns unglaublich viele Strände und Orte gezeigt, die so in keinem Reiseführer o.ä. wären, also echte Tipps einer Person, die die Insel In und Auswendig kennt. Man braucht mit dem Auto zwar ca. 15 min bis nach Cagliari, aber durch Busse und Taxen (oder einem Auto) ist die Entfernung kein Problem. Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles, von einem Waschraum (den man nach den Strandtagen auf jeden Fall braucht) bis hin zu den kleinsten Sachen (wie z.B. einem Föhn, einer neu verpackten Nagelschere etc.) Wir haben uns super Wohl bei ihr gefühlt und fanden es auch besonders schön, dass Sie uns persönlich noch einmal Tschüss sagen wollte, bevor wir fahren. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf Sardinien.

Frederica and her husband were so kind and easy to communicate with. She is very proactive and accommodating, making a long trip not feel so bad! Great recs and always so fast to respond. The place was clean and exactly as expected. Everything you need for a short stay. Secure and spacious parking spot. Great spot to explore south Sardinia, about 45-60 min from Chia and Villasimius and about 10-15 min from the city center and Poetto beach. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Very happy with our stay :)!

Danke für die wunderschöne, gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Aufteilung. Wir (8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche im Haupthaus ist gut für mehrere Personen ausgestattet. Im Nebengebäude ist auch ein Bad und eine kleine Küche vorhanden. Für die Kinder sind Spielsachen/Kiste vorhanden. Bei Sauberkeit habe ich einen Stern abgezogen, da die Terrasse bei unserer Ankunft ziemlich dreckig war. Innen makellos. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Unsere Fragen haben wir immer sofort beantwortet bekommen. Es wurde am nächsten ein Techniker vorbeigeschickt, da bei der Außenbeleuchtung was nicht funktionierte. Den Ort selber finden wir eher heruntergekommen und verlassen. Es ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und Fischladen vorhanden. Diese haben aber sehr spezielle Öffnungszeiten. Das Restaurant nebenan ist so lala. An den beiden fußläufigen Stränden (ca. 10 Minuten) waren die Strandbars noch geschlossen. Liegt vielleicht daran, dass wir vor Saisonbeginn da waren.

We had such a great time in this beautiful house with our family of 6 (our family of 4 + my parents)! The house is big enough to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The views are amazing and the house is super comfortable and cozy. Everything you need is there (and more!). And at short walking distance from a beautiful beach! We felt very lucky to stay here and Lorenza was the best host. She responds right away, is flexible and always super friendly. The big veranda is wonderful to have dinner on, there are enough relaxed chairs and cushions and the view…. We visited end of April/early May and the weather was so nice. We did some hikes and the kids swam in the sea every day. Besides that, we enjoyed the Sardinian cuisine a lot :). All just a short drive away. I especially liked this area because it is quiet and private and very green. I totally recommend this place for a family, hope we can come back sometime! Thank you Lorenza!

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Strandnähe, Michaela war stets super erreichbar und hat für uns Restaurants reserviert und war immer sehr bemüht. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist dort perfekt aufgehoben!

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!
