We had a wonderful week here – everything was perfect! The place is beautifully located, very clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. We felt at home right away and loved the peaceful atmosphere. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay in the villa was positive, we stayed several days and we found everything we needed on every occasion. The property is located in a very quiet residential area, a perfect starting point to visit the Costa Rei and Cagliari. The well-kept garden, exclusive to the house, guarantees the possibility of enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners in complete privacy. The sleeping area is quiet and keeping the window of the skylight open we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioner. Note the availability and responsiveness of the host: on the last day of our stay there was an inconvenience, but Silvia was readily available to resolve. We also really appreciated the fact that you welcomed us personally.

The house is well maintained, clean, and equipped with any comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). In 8 we were very comfortable thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The location is also very convenient, being the country in which it is very well cared for and equipped with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, and some places where you can eat and drink well spending the right amount). Stefano, the owner, was a great person. She helped us resolve a car issue, making herself completely available.

My family had a wonderful stay at Michela's villa. It has everything you could possibly need for an excellent beach vacation. The accommodations were spotless. She provided beach towels and umbrellas and even starter toiletries and kitchen items. The location is excellent. A short walk to town for anything you might need and you can even walk to the beach. And she was a delight to engage with, offering recommendations and always available. In short, Michela's place is a gem. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful location to spend our vacation. The house is very fully furnished. Louisiana is really very nice and welcoming. Easily accessible via WhatsApp. We felt very welcome. The pool is really lovely. We felt very spoiled.

Everything from the private pool to the full useable kitchen was perfect. Home is clean and beautiful. Easy access to the gorgeous beach below (which you have a view of from the balcony) you do have steps to walk down. I’ve had knee surgery and didn’t have any issue (they aren’t steep Steps they are more narrow or short so a smaller stride is fine). ALICE!!! Shout out to Alice who helped in booking a wonderful private boat tour for us that picked us up on the local Beach! Alice was right there for us with answers to our questions. We had such a wonderful time in her home. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Cincinnati, Ohio

The landlord was waiting for us directly in the apartment and showed everything there was to know. He provided water for us. We disposed of the waste ourselves (except for plastic), although he offered to do this for us. Very friendly service and highly recommended.

Walter was extremely flexible at check-in, responded quickly to our messages and was extremely friendly and accommodating to us. The property is very spacious (for 2 people) and inexpensive. It has a cute garden. The location is quite quiet and not far from beautiful beaches. Overall, we were very please with our stay and would book the place again anytime.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

Our stay in Sardinia was really wonderful thanks to Edoardo and his beautiful villa - I would highly recommend and would stay again! I've never had a host as helpful and responsive as Edoardo! He really set the bar for friendliness and helpfulness. Even regarding weather / beach recommendations - for example, when when it was too windy - Edoardo gave us great recommendations to make the most out of our 8 day trip. The villa was spacious inside and out with a large terrasse/balcony where we had breakfast, and could hang our freshly washed laundry to dry. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to major roads to travel to different beaches, as our trip was beach focused, we wanted to have the option to visit a new beach each day; so the villa location was important. It's also only about 20-30 min from the Cagliari airport by car, so parking on location was also a priority, which there was plenty of free parking at the villa location.
