Mountainview Cottage Muletg - Flims LAAX

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Our Beautiful, cosy mountain chalet has been recently renovated with designer furniture. We have newly built a very large terrace with direct access to the garden, with amazing views. The chalet is located an hour drive from Zurich, in Arvenbühl, at 1250m altitude. The chalet is ski in-ski out. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 main bedroom with a queen bed, a second smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and on the top floor (low ceiling), there are 4 additional beds. It is perfect for a family of 2 to 7.

The modern 4.5-room apartment in the Walensee Resort with 100 square meters and 2 spacious balconies is located directly on Lake Walensee and is only 300 meters from the Flumserberg ski lift. The apartment has 3 bedrooms including a workstation for home office (monitor with USB-C & HDMI connections and cable/keyboard/mouse), 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate shower, 1 guest toilet, and a cozily furnished living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, fireplace and an open kitchen.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet.
