Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Die Location ist unglaublich, du kannst zum Beispiel zu Fuss zum Skifahren, Wandern, Wassersport erleben, am Walensee sonnen oder doch gemütlich ins charmante Restaurant/Bar am See, es liegt alles direkt vor der Haustüre.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Diese 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung liegt direkt am Ufer des Walensee. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen offenen Küchen-, Wohnbereich und 2 grosszügige Schlafzimmer. Das Angebot rundet sich mit einem Whirlwanne und einer privaten Sauna in der Wohnung ab. Die Seilbahn in die Flumserberge erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuss.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer inkl. einem Arbeitsplatz für Homeoffice (Monitor mit USB-C & HDMI Anschlüsse und Kabel/Tastatur/Maus), 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC, eine separate Dusche, 1 Gäste WC, und ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit 2 Schlafsofas, Cheminée und einer offenen Küche.

A cozy tiny house on 36 m² in the mountains. The well thought-out layout offers a lot of comfort in a small space. Far from ordinary. The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. The outdoor area is equipped with a cozy seating area and outdoor oven. In the middle of a spacious meadow landscape surrounded by forest with views of the mountains. Unwind and relax.

Luxe 3,5 kamer appartement direct aan de Walensee

Zeer mooi groot appartement met twee slaapkamers. Heerlijke locatie om te skiën in de winter of te zwemmen in het meer in de zomer. Het appartement ligt op 5 min lopen van de skilift. Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op het meer, de haven en bergen. Al met al een unieke plek op het park en in Zwitserland! Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inclusief! Kinderbedje en -stoel zijn aanwezig. Ik verhuur mijn eigen appartement zelf en ben nergens bij aangesloten.

Our paradise invites you to relax. Cozy guest room upstairs with en-suite bathroom and fantastic views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. The living room is for shared use, and there is a small refrigerator, a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Please note: There is no kitchen and no possibility to cook. Our cat also lives in the attic. We live in a remote location, so a car is an advantage. Parking space and seating area with fire pit available.
