Warmwasser / Strom sind vorhanden. Nutzbar ist die alte Einbauküche, mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen und sogar Spülmaschine. Das Haus befindet sich in Schinkel, etwa 15 km westlich von Kiel. Es ist eine ländliche Gemeinde im Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde, direkt an der nördlichen Seite des Nord-Ostsee-Kanals.

Die kleine, charmante Wohlfühloase am Stadtrand

Welcome to our cozy 2 1/2room appartment. The appartment is situated at the periphery of Kiel city with good public transportation options in front of the door which take you right to the center. In close proximity you find a lot of options to shop for groceries. A parking spot is right in front of the house, also in the back you have a small but comfy garden. The app. offers couples, business people, small families and single travelers everything they need to work, relax and linger.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Ich lade euch herzlich in meine Ferienwohnung ein:) Es gibt eine gemütliche Terrasse und als kleine Besonderheit einen smart-Beamer + Anlage, mit der ihr eure Lieblingsfilme und Serien schauen könnt. Im Garten gibt es für die Kinder eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin und in der Nähe viel Natur zum Wandern & Fahrrad fahren. Kiel ist auch nur eine viertel Stunde Autofahrt entfernt. Ich freu mich auf euch und meldet euch gerne bei mir, wenn ihr Fragen habt!
