Vacation rentals with lake access in Quảng Nam

We had a wonderful time at Hieu's place. It's located a little bit further from the town centre, but we knew it, and it was one of the reasons we chose it. It's very peaceful here. The place is close to rice fields, with mostly residential buildings and few homestays around. You can spot grazing buffalos from the rooftop :) We rented a bike and were able to go anywhere easily – in Hoi An pretty much everything is within 10-15min drive. The apartment itself is very spacious and well-kept. We had everything we needed here, and the place was cleaned thoroughly every week. One of the highlights of this place is the huge rooftop! Hieu and Thuong were very friendly and helpful – from arranging the driver to pick us up from the train station in Da Nang, to local tailors recommendation :) We highly recommend this place. If we are ever back in Hoi An, we will surely try to stay here again! Thank you Hieu and Thuong!

What a gem! The house is huge and beautiful. It stays nice and cool on hot days and has everything you could possibly need! Quang is an amazing host. Kind and attentive. He greeted us with a welcome drink and organized bikes for us. He even found a little kid’s bike for our daughter. The location is perfect - it’s very quiet but the old town and many restaurants are in walking distance. You’ll be living in a typical Vietnamese neighborhood but it’s only a few steps to all the major tourist spots. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

We had the best visit and fell in love with the area. The Villa was perfect for our family of five with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It’s nicely located just a short drive from some of the busier areas like An Bang or Old Town, yet still close enough to walk to the beach and some great restaurant options. Chloe was absolutely amazing and super responsive throughout the trip. She helped with recommendations, obtaining tickets, setting up dinner and delivering a motor bike to the house. Chloe even continued to help us after we checked out by ensuring a dress was delivered to our next stop in DaNang. Can’t say enough, but we’ll definitely be back!

Pao's place was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. We were fortunate to stay for 5 nights altho I wish it was much longer. Amy is the most amazing host. She is professional, kind & proactive. She organised and gifted a surprise birthday cake for our daughter who turned 14 during our stay. The location is quiet and suburban. We hired bikes for our stay and rode both into Old Town and An Bang Beach (both about 20 - 30 minutes). The Villa is spacious, clean and comfortable. Each of the 3 bedrooms is like a mini hotel and is independently locked and secured. We are a family of 6 so had the entire villa to ourselves, including the pool & front traditional building which houses the kitchen & living areas. We ordered breakfast one morning and regretted not doing it for the entire stay. The house staff arrive early and make it all fresh, dress the table and do the dishes afterwards! Also, there is a cafe across the road, perfect for morning coffee. I cannot recommend Pao's place enough 💗++

Spacious, tasteful decoration, super clean and had all the amenities you need. Better than many 5star resorts that I have stayed in, at a very reasonable price. Worth every penny. Surrounding location is beautiful, peaceful and lush green, great area for early morning or late evening walks and cycling. The host Dien Xu was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be booking this villa every time we come back. We had a great time there, and wished we stayed longer.

10/10, we loved everything about this home and the beautiful hosts, Mr. Dat and Mrs. Thuy, and we hope to stay here again on a future visit! Location: we enjoyed the 10-15 min walk from home to Old Town, as it meant it was quiet and beautiful at our home yet close enough to get into the beautiful chaos of Hoi An when we wished. We also enjoyed the music from the show on Memory Island when we home in the evenings -- it always ended much earlier than bedtime, but the windows of the home are also double-paned or extra thick and keep our street sounds. We used the Laundry service next door and we're very happy with that. Amenities: The bikes provided were lovely. bathrooms are modern and lovely. Toothbrushes & paste, shampoo, conditioner...Kitchen is just enough. The 3rd floor deck w/ chairs gives access to sunsets & evening breezes. bedroom A/C is perfect with plenty of oscillating fans in other areas. Hosts were so kind, responsive and generous. They made us a beautiful dinner.

I was also a little hesitant because there weren't many reviews, but there was something similar in the review, so I booked it. I was worried that it would be different from the photos as the trip approached, but it was nice that it wasn't different from the photos. I liked that there were 4 rooms, each room had a bathroom, and there were many additional toilets on the first floor. It's nice to have a double size bed in each room. There is no smell of food inside, and it is clean. I would recommend it to people around me who are planning a trip.

Very hospitable, approachable and helpful 24*7 host, positive approach.

The accommodation is spacious and well organized, just like the photos. The living room sofa is very comfortable, so it's great for watching TV and relaxing. The refrigerator was a large size commonly used in Korean households for the Samsung brand, so it was nice to put in fruit drinks, etc. Everything is convenient, including a large TV, washing machine, and dryer. There is a small mart and a Korean-style mart next to the property, and if you go around the back, you can use the massage shops, the Korean restaurant run by the Korean host, the gogeori restaurant, and the kimbap restaurant. The commercial area located in the back was better in terms of price and taste than the main street in front of the accommodation. I've been comfortable staying here because the Korean family, furniture style, and electronics are almost similar, and I plan to use it again next time.

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone was very helpful and friendly and we felt comfortable. The room is large, modern and clean. The view to the sea is very nice and the complex is well maintained. We can also recommend the restaurants, we always ate very well. Our children also enjoyed the playroom. We would stay here again!

The best part of this apartment is Tàu, the manager. She is so kind and caring to make sure you feel welcome in her country. The apartment is exactly as shown. Everything is in good working order and if something goes wrong Tàu handles it immediately. The building maintenance is very efficient and the doormen are also kind and welcoming everytime you come home. This apartment has a clothes dryer. It was a huge advantage with the rainy season. Also there is a water filter system installed in the kitchen so we didn't have to buy bottled water. The lower level of the building has 3 markets, a coffee shop, the best Korean fried chicken restaurant and of course a couple of spas. The beach is just across the street or view it from the balcony. Everything you need easily walkable or grab cars and bikes are very inexpensive and usually waiting right outside. Internet/ Excellent Water pressure/Excellent Noise level/apartment living but never excessive. We stayed several months. ⭐️ x5

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

Huy's apartment is a wonderful and great value place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful but still with easy access to Hoi An. The apartment was lovely with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and excellent WiFi making it very suitable for working online. There is a pool and great food on offer from the wonderful, caring couple who run the place and it feels very homely. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
