This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

Clean and surrounded by many restaurants

This place was amazing. The host Ruby was very friendly and was always smiling. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always responsive to questions. A host can make or break your stay, and Ruby made sure it was great. The room was very large, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure in a large bathroom. For those with mobility issues, there is an elevator, so don’t shy away from booking. I used the washer and dryer during my stay and it worked great. There is scooter rentals on-site and a competitive rate. They won’t be beat on their daily rate. It is a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Da Nang. I guess you can tell I had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again.

The space is absolutely recommended. I feel very welcome and at home! Everyone is very helpful and nice. It is clean, beautiful and spacious. All you need can be found. I am very satisfied!

Heartfelt thank you to our host Hien, that made our stay truly wonderful… great suggestion of restaurants, activities, making bookings and all kind of arrangements. She was truly a massage away, responding within minutes to all our requests. Our room was exactly as described on the website, hotel was private, quiet and at great location… just a short ride away to an ancient town and to our favourite beach. Staff was helpful, room clean, bed very comfortable, great bathroom… spacious shower, hot water and great water pressure. Property has access to bicycles for free, beach towels. Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you and hope to see you again ☺️

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. We have been traveling the world for almost 3 years. We've stayed in many Airbnbs. This property is definitely one of our favorites. Clean and modern, with a host that responded in minutes to any questions we had. The 2 gentlemen in the lobby were very kind and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, and there's many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. The included weekly cleaning was great. After staying there for 5 weeks, we extended for another month. Highly recommended!

I booked two serviced apartment rooms as a family and stayed. First of all, the host communicates very quickly. As explained by the room condition and everything, I also assigned a taxi to the accommodation. The communication with the driver was perfect. There were young children, so I was worried about all the transportation stays. Huyen's kind guidance was also a very happy family trip. Even after I've been there, my other family members made a reservation from April 11th to 16th. Highly recommend. Huyen! I appreciate all your help. We had a great stay at Mona Apartments. Even though we couldn’t get the room that we booked (and write this review for), after some initial conversation with Clara, she offered us a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. As a couple we got more than enough space, and two tables to work from. The internet was very fast at 400 Mbps up and 300 Mbps down. The kitchen is very basically equipped (two mugs, glasses, plates, bowls etc, 1 pan and 2 pots). The neighborhood is definitely absolutely quiet and tranquil. No karaoke, construction, or anything else that was bothering us during the 2-week stay. Only the location is a bit remote, but with a scooter you are in about 10-13 minutes in town. After all, I can recommend staying at Mona Apartments, since the place is quiet and true to the pictures. The cleaning lady is a very lovely and helpful person, and having a refreshing pool is a big plus.

One of the rare cases where the place looks even larger and better in person than the listing pictures. There’s plenty of space with a table for eating, a couch, and cubbies to organize all your travel gear. The apartment is very clean and modern, and Vi was very helpful throughout the stay. The location is very local and pretty quiet, but it is a bit further from the beach, although you could still get there by bike or car fairly quickly.

This place was absolutely perfect - it had everything I needed. The host's communication was excellent and very professional. I highly recommend it to all guests for the beautifully designed room, relaxing bathtub, and the spacious chill-out balcony with an amazing view. It's close to everything you need, from local food and restaurants to the beach. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed it comfortably! I was able to finish the check-in process comfortably thanks to Emily's meticulous instructions. It was also not difficult to use the additional facilities in the resort. And the high floor guaranteed! The view from the 7th floor is amazing and great I used Grab a lot during my trip, but it was easy to access, so there was no inconvenience at all. It's a great place to relax with my parents, and I think I'll visit again on my next trip:)

The overall experience of this B&B is very good, the location is excellent, the room is simple and warm, clean and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the quality of sleep is good.The host was very kind and welcoming, and also gave us recommendations and suggestions for many local tourist attractions, with attentive service.

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. We stayed for three weeks and it’s extremely comfortable and clean with a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. The host arranged a free pick up from the airport and a scooter at a very reasonable price and replaced it immediately when it had a mechanical problem. Her communication was exceptional. The housekeeper visits every day leaving water and clean towels. The bedding was changed regularly too. The beach is quiet and the restaurant on site is reasonably priced. It is located between Hoi An and Danang but you do need your own transport or a taxi as both are beyond walking distance. A great stay would not hesitate to book again.

We had a good stay. Our host was great and reachable. I would want to come back and stay here again. Only one thing is to know on how to efficiently check in, I think there was a slight confusion to that for us, but overall great experience and superhost!
