Was a perfect stay for our large family. We asked for a cot to be set up last minute and it was provided, no questions asked. 10 minute drive to city centre and close to other local beach. Highly recommend!

Antonis and his family are friendly and accommodating hosts, also the housekeeper was very friendly and discreet. The complex seems even more beautiful than in the pictures, it is very quiet, several small houses in a well-kept garden with many olive trees. Everything was perfectly clean. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back again.

the house was nice, clean, we were comfortable with everything, there were only two fans because the weather was very hot, and this was not enough. The pool is very good, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea, if you have a car, Mr. Hakan took care of it very well, his communication was good, we were satisfied with him, thank you

It was our first Airbnb experience, we went with a lot of suspicion, but we had a stay exactly as we wanted, the house was perfect, the site was calm, the only drawback was that there was no separate pool, but it was very clean in the shared pool. First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

Such a lovely stay in Kokkari! The host made us feel right at home with all the amenities, a clean space and was very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Samos!

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

everything was amazing, she took me from the bus station to home and cared about everything. I had amazing time here I wish I could show you my videos. You should take some cat food with you because you will see a lot of cats in this village. The beach is amazing and near to this home , also I want to say that everything is so clean you will see. You don’t need to think about anything she thought everything for you. I will come again ❤️

had a wonderful experience at this place, perfectly located in the heart of Kusadasi’s city center—right where all the action is. The space was cozy, spotless, and had a true homey feel. Everything you need—restaurants, shops, tour operators, and the boardwalk—is just a short walk away. There’s also a paid parking lot about a 7-minute walk from the house, which was very convenient. The hosts, Çapan and Malik, were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Kusadasi.

This place is extremely well located, right in the centre of Pythagorion and in a lovely quit area. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Also is Stamatia a super great host, who is very good and fast in communicating.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was peaceful and in a beautiful town with plenty of places to eat. The hosts made arrival and departure easy. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend.

George and his family were very kind and understanding. They felt like in our own home. The house was very clean and tidy and has everything a home should have. Highly recommend. You will need a car.

Humble, but very comfortable apartment. No A/C, but a fan is provided and I felt totally safe sleeping with the windows open if it was too hot. Very quiet except on Sunday mornings when the church bells ring! Many amenities provided by the hosts, including fresh food, bottled water, toiletries, coffee, etc. etc. Superb deal if you can deal with no A/C!

Maria and Vasili were perfect hosts, their home is very quaint with amazing finishings and touches.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Right on the stone beach, just 1 km East of Ormos on the south West part of Samos, the 2 rooms house seems brand new; it is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and there is parking spot for a car. Wi-Fi is working well. The 3 AC are useful if staying inside during daytime. There are also a washing and sunbeds in an external closet, an external shower, a big table and a rocking chair under a thatched roof. The owner Mike is wife are very kind and ready to help.

Within walking distance through a fantastic forest you are at the waterfalls, with the best restaurant and views of Samos! Absolutely recommended! In a 5-minute walk you are on the beach and can enjoy the sunset every evening. The beach is not crowded. Great starting point also for the coastal hike to other beaches. You can also walk to Karlovasi (town with supermarket) or to Leka (mountain village). We really enjoyed the food among the locals in Leka and Karlovasi. But there are also restaurants very close to the property. We didn't need a car. In the house itself, the roof terrace was the best thing for us in the morning and evening. In August, it is pleasantly cool even at over 30 degrees in the evening and in the early morning hours. Communication with Serantos was very good! Thank you♥️

I was at Manolis’ place with my wife and 2 children. The place is not far from downtown (5 min car drive to pythagorion public parking area). It is a loft style 1 bedroom house with a fruit garden. We haven’t faced any problem. The most amazing moment was to lie down on sunbeds on the terrace and watching stars at night with no noise, no light. It was unforgettable!

A compact house with one bedroom, bathroom ,small living room kitchen. It was clean and simple. Good for your stay. Large plot to park safely .

Beautiful home with incredible views over Kokkari and the harbour. Thoughtfully appointed, comfortable and very central. One of our favourite AirBnB’s of all time.
