Vacation rentals with beach access in Pyrgos Kallistis

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

The living and kitchen space was very comfortable, and the outdoor deck overlooking the port and beach was huge, and a favourite of ours to watch the sunset each day. The dining table is outdoors, so on cool mornings and evenings we needed to dress for the temperature. A great location and plenty of street parking around. It was a 5 minute walk to the port and the heart of Parikia.

We hadden een leuke tijd in het mooie appartement van Krassy. De aankomst was prima voorbereid en de self check-in was heel duidelijk. Het appartement is heel proper, ruim, alles is aanwezig … en wat een uitzicht! Krassy is heel behupzaam, reageert snel, is flexibel en gaf ons goede tips en aanbevelingen. Het enige nadeel is inderdaad de ligging aan de drukke weg maar dat went snel. Alles was top!

This was a great experience. The place was clean and spotless. It felt good from the very first moment. Above all the co-host Stematis was outstandingly helpful - always responded immediately, even when my requests seemed excessive, he never complained and went out of his way to satisfy my needs. The Beach House apartments zijn authetiek, creatief ingericht, ruim, prachtig gelegen voor zee en bergen. Yoga in de ochtend in een bloemenzee was een cadeau. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen in de natuur. Alle mensen die er werken zijn zo open en vriendelijk. Ik heb genoten. Hopelijk tot ziens, hartelijk dankjewel.

if you've rented a car, it's a very good place to stay. as you have to drive everywhere. the power got cut off one time in the middle of the night and the host respond very quickly. even manage to have the maintenance workers to come and fix it at 1 or 2 in the morning. please is very nice, except the bathroom. the water always come out so the space in front of the washing machine is always wet, and the air flow is not good inside so it would take a night to dry out .

Maria was quick to respond to our questions. The hot tub was a great amenity and was the perfect temperature. The view was spectacular.

A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

We felt right at home as soon as we got in. It was really quiet and peaceful. There was a nice little beach bar with a beautiful beach and an amazing pool. The host were really helpful and we never felt like we were bothering them. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone who wants a secluded stay not to far from Naoussa. We had an amazing time. Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Opholdet i Xanthis fine hus var så dejligt. Vi nød hendes skønne blomstrende have med friske urter og søde skilpadder i baghaven. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la maison seastar ! C’est un véritable petit paradis avec son accès privatif à la mer ( on s’endort au bruit des vagues), son coucher de soleil de rêve et son emplacement idéal. L’hôte absolument adorable est venu nous chercher sur la route pour nous guider, nous a bien conseillés pour visiter les lieux et a répondu à toutes nos questions. De délicieux gâteaux faits maison et figues confites succulentes nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison est petite mais très bien agencée; la cuisine est bien équipée, des chaussons de plage et des serviettes sont à disposition, il y a plusieurs spots autour de la maison pour manger, se reposer, faire un barbecue ou se prélasser sur un hamac. Un parking est à disposition ce qui est très pratique. On peut se rendre à pieds à une taverne toute proche. Mais une fois sur place on est au paradis entre la mer et les fleurs; on n’a plus du tout envie de partir. Un logement et un hôte exceptionnels

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Des hôtes parfaits, une maison paisible dans une petite rue à deux minutes de la plage de sables noirs et une eau transparente. La jolie terrasse pour se reposer au retour d’une journée de visite de l’île est sans contredit un gros plus. Vous trouverez des restos sur la rue de la plage. Je conseille par contre une voiture.pas de soucis la maison a un grand stationnement qui peut facilement contenir deux voitures au besoin. Kostas nous avait recommandé un loueur que nous n’avons pas pris et à grand regrets. Il était plus cher mais beaucoup de scap côté voiture sur l’île. Kostas a aussi organisé nos transferts aller-retour au port. Ses parents sont venus nous accueillir à notre arrivé à la maison et étaient là aussi à notre départ. Des gens charmants. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés et vous souhaite d’y séjourner un jour vous ne le regretterez pas! Plusieurs Airb&b à mon actif et définitivement un des meilleurs.

Once in a while, I have an Air BnB stay that I will NEVER forget. One where not only the space is memorable but the hosts unforgettable. I left feeling as if I’d stayed in luxury and made new special friends. The location was close enough to both beaches or the marina - just a very pretty 15-20 mins walk. The apartment was fabulous! Above and beyond what I expected. The bed and pillows super comfy and the lounge felt like home - not just functional like so many other Airbnbs. The artistic finishing touches made it distinctive. There is a shared entrance with a dinning area used by both apartments, however I never saw the other guests at all. The client was SUPER RESPONSIVE. I had read every previous review and could see every single comment had influenced the attention to details. For example, one review suggested curtains over a glass door and they were now provided. 5 star hotel facilities in private surrounding. Thank you so much guys! See you next year ;)

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is two minutes walk from the beach and in a nice location. Gasparis was an excellent host. We contacted him several time on Whats App and he responded immediately. Check in was easy and Gasparis was very warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We wanted to swap our Nespresso machine for a filter coffee machine and it arrived immediately. The apartment had everything we wanted for a short 5 night stay and we would certainly recommend the location and property. Thank you Gasparis we had a fantastic time.

Logement parfait pour visiter Athenes sans être dans le bruit de la capitale. Tram a 180m direct vers le centre en 30min et pour vraiment pas cher. je commande

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

Nuestra estadía en Mykonos fue IMPECABLE. La mejor decisión fue quedarnos acá. Estábamos cerca de las fiestas pero en nuestro cuarto podíamos sentir la tranquilidad de la playa. El lugar increíblemente limpio además de limpieza diaria, y una vista impagable. Salimos casi todos los días pero antes de irnos dejamos nuestras cosas en bodega y pudimos disfrutar un día completo de piscina mientras esperábamos nuestra vuelo. Casi cometimos el error de no haberla disfrutado ningún día, por favor no lo hagan, vale completamente la pena!!! 100% recomendable volvería feliz
