Vacation rentals with beach access in Pyrgos Kallistis

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

The living and kitchen space was very comfortable, and the outdoor deck overlooking the port and beach was huge, and a favourite of ours to watch the sunset each day. The dining table is outdoors, so on cool mornings and evenings we needed to dress for the temperature. A great location and plenty of street parking around. It was a 5 minute walk to the port and the heart of Parikia.

Extremely beautiful apartment - very clean, spacious, lovely modern interior decoration. The view of the sea from the apartment is simply wow. Of course, we took lovely photos :). I highly recommend.

This was a great experience. The place was clean and spotless. It felt good from the very first moment. Above all the co-host Stematis was outstandingly helpful - always responded immediately, even when my requests seemed excessive, he never complained and went out of his way to satisfy my needs. Lizzy’s place was beautiful. Honestly prettier than the pictures! The location was so quiet, so private and so serene. Lizzy and hosts were very helpful, happy and immediately greeted us. Lizzy was also very response. The accommodations were very sweet, clean and spacious! We would absolutely go back.

if you've rented a car, it's a very good place to stay. as you have to drive everywhere. the power got cut off one time in the middle of the night and the host respond very quickly. even manage to have the maintenance workers to come and fix it at 1 or 2 in the morning. please is very nice, except the bathroom. the water always come out so the space in front of the washing machine is always wet, and the air flow is not good inside so it would take a night to dry out .

Maria was quick to respond to our questions. The hot tub was a great amenity and was the perfect temperature. The view was spectacular.

A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

We felt right at home as soon as we got in. It was really quiet and peaceful. There was a nice little beach bar with a beautiful beach and an amazing pool. The host were really helpful and we never felt like we were bothering them. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone who wants a secluded stay not to far from Naoussa. We had an amazing time. Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is two minutes walk from the beach and in a nice location. Gasparis was an excellent host. We contacted him several time on Whats App and he responded immediately. Check in was easy and Gasparis was very warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We wanted to swap our Nespresso machine for a filter coffee machine and it arrived immediately. The apartment had everything we wanted for a short 5 night stay and we would certainly recommend the location and property. Thank you Gasparis we had a fantastic time.

This location was comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. This location was close to the beach and transportation. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for local beaches and we found the perfect spot. Their help and apartment was a big part in making this a memorable trip the Greece.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

The service was excellent!! The receptionists were great! And the bar tenders were the best!! Great vibes great drinks and food!!
