We had the best time at rock villa complex! The place was beautiful in the most stunning location. Antigone was amazing and so quick to respond to anything we asked. She and Olga checked us in so easily and arranged transfers / food & drinks for our arrival which was very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone! Lovely villa and location. This villa provided the traquil holiday that we were after. We had a lovely stay here. Pepa was very helpful on all occasions we contacted her and welcomed us on arrival. As mentioned in other reviews the matresses are on the hard side. would have been nice to have had a working parasol. Definitely need a hire car to get around. nearest taverna is roughly 30 mins walk with a very hilly terrain

What an amazing and special place. This villa is like no where else we have stayed. It was so private and secluded, but so easily with walking distance of picturesque Oia. The concierge team was incredible kind and helpful for be prior to my trip. They helped my book car transfers, a tour of the island, a cruise around the caldera, and restaurant reservations. This help was invaluable! I would highly recommend booking this spot if you are looking for a luxury, elevated, beautiful, and unique spot!

We had a perfect stay! Manolis’ home was a fantastic choice for relaxation. He provided brilliant recommendations, brilliant directions and is overall a brilliant host. Highly recommend this property to explore the best of Milos.

Our family of 4 with 2 small children (3yo and 10mo) absolutely loved Takis place in Ganema Bay. We spent lazy mornings on the front porch before eventually making our way to the local beach or another town. Definitely rent a car so you are able to fully explore the island, and so you have more options for restaurants. The guide Takis left us was FULL of excellent recommendations and really helped us get to know Serifos as much as possible over our 8 days there! Takis and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming and had all the baby gear we needed (crib, high chair, stroller) for no extra charge. They even bought us delicious local pastries one morning!! We absolutely loved our time at Taki’s place and could’ve stayed for much longer. Oh- and don’t miss the winery. It was absolutely incredible with a wide open deck for the kids to play while we wine tasted 😉

A beautiful location right by the sea with a lovely beach close by as well as swimming from the rocks below . Michaels is a fantastic host - always available with great recommendations and time for just a chat. Make sure you order the breakfast . It was delicious. All in all a wonderful spot with a wonderful host.

The Villa and Anna and Teo and Harry really were amazing in every way. Anna reached out immediately upon booking offering tips and recommendations. She arranged a driver to pick us up at the ferry who got us to the Villa immediately. Harry met us and quickly made us feel very welcome outlining the home and the area for us. The Villa really is beautiful and truly off the tourist beaten path If you want to stay in the midst of Santorini where the island braces for and exhales with every cruise ship, this is not the place for you. If you want to stay away from the crowds in peace and a little adventure getting to the Villa (super narrow streets to navigate 😊!) this is exactly the place for you. The care in which they have refurbished an old wine cellar to the Villas and the love they seem to pour into every guest made this without question the very best Air BNB that we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you Anna & Teo for a very memorable visit to Santorini for our family!

I don’t want to rank it to high as I don’t want this place to fill up. I’d come back every year if I could.

The level of attention and detail provided by the team was unparalleled. I felt as though we had a private concierge on hand for anything we needed. Stunning space, the type of home you don’t want to leave. Bravo!
