The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

Small cabin in West Odessa. No pets | No smoking

The cabin is private and is located on a shared acre with other employee housing. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me. I have asked the county to possibly pave the road and charge all property owners on property taxes, but will not.

This unit is a private efficiency. It is self check in. There is 1 queen size bed. It is located at the back of our house. Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.

Nice location in central Midland a few blocks east of the hospital. Quiet and safe walkable residential neighborhood, cottage has its own entrance off the side street with open street parking so you can walk directly from the car through the gate to the cottage entrance. Large comfortable queen sized bed with convertible sofa so there is a capacity for 3 people. Window mount AC and ceiling fan kept the place cool even though it got up to 103F outside on a couple of days. Medium sized refrigerator and small kitchen in the living area with microwave and cook top for eating in. Separate bathroom with tub/shower combination. Excellent high speed Internet connection via WiFi, and used the small desk for remote work via my laptop. Owner was proactive in communication and quickly answered my emails. Good value as compared to a longer hotel stay. Will book again next time I am in the Midland Area.
