Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need
