Joan’s place was absolutely perfect ,was spotless and had everything you could need for a great stay. Fantastic views,peaceful and plenty to do. It’s the perfect base to visit anywhere in the snowdonia area. Highly recommend staying here. Homemade cake on arrival was lovely too.

Anne’s place was lovely, nice a quiet clean and tidy. Anne was very responsive and she kindly let us use the garage which was locked with her belongings in for us to store our golf clubs. It is very close to the Golf course, and also the beech which is walkable and also the castle. Would stay again if golfing there and would also stay again with the family if we are down that way

We had a wonderful anniversary weekend, basing ourselves at The Stables. It’s private, quirky and cosy; but you’re also at the end of the yard, with the family’s dogs and horses. We sat on a lovely bench in the evening sunshine, drinking a bottle of fizz and listening to the birds - just perfect. Thank you to Mike and Joanna for a lovely place to stay.

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. We had a wonderful long weekend stay with our little girl who enjoyed the amazing outside space to play in! The accommodation was perfect for what we needed and was lovely and quiet, a perfect stroll away from the Warren beach. Dianne was a wonderful host and made a special effort by bringing us a bag of toys for our little girl to play with. Would definitely return for another visit and recommend highly.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at Wendy’s place. Amazing views, beautiful and comfortable house extremely well equipped and designed. Lots to do exploring the area and beyond and always lovely to come back and enjoy the views particularly from the upstairs lounge. We’d love to come back again.

Absolutely perfect stay during a race weekend at Anglesey circuit. Stayed as a family of four with two young kids. It had everything we needed and really felt like a home from home. Dave’s communication was spot on, thank you!

Lovely little cottage in beautiful location. Very stylish, comfy, well designed with everything I needed. The bed is very comfy, the mattress just right, perfect pillows and a lovely cosy duvet. I will I will get the opportunity to stay again x

Stayed for 3 nights as Richard, my partner, had training for an ultra marathon up in Snowden mountains. Crazy I know! The apartment was on the ground floor and everything was sparkling clean. I’m usually funny about sleeping somewhere else but I had the best night sleep ever. Carolyne was knowledgeable about the area and gave us recommendations to visit, however, Richard’s and my training kind of took most of our time. I would definitely book with Carolyne, again.

Had a wonderful weekend. Great house, Superb Kitchen, plenty of space and lovley Deco. We had a slight problem with bed which was dealt with by host (no fault of her own). communication was super efficient and helpful. It did not detract from our stay as everything else was perfect. Very Close to Conwy and Llandudno. Conwy Harbour was Beautiful and Nikki provides a useful Folder full of examples of places to eat, drink and visit. Hot tub and outside area provides a great place to unwind. The Castle View pub is also close by and offers a great view of Conwy Harbour. Thank You Nikki and Family ...your home is a credit to you x

I had a fabulous stay at Ann's place. It's very light and airy and the space has been well thought-out. I had everything I needed. It's both private and well-located for access to the beach and other amenities. Also a great location for access to the Snowdonia National Park (I highly recommend Beddgelert), Portmeirion and the Llŷn peninsula. Ann was very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be coming back again next year.

We had a brilliant stay at Hendre Hall. The house was immaculate, really clean, modern yet homely, and well equipped with everything you could need. Most bedrooms had en suites, and the beds could be set up as doubles or singles, which was great for our group. One room didn’t have an en suite but still had a bathroom nearby. The setting was quiet and private with beautiful countryside views from every window. The garden was huge, with plenty of seating areas and a wood-fired hot tub. It’s a short drive to local supermarkets and ideally located for exploring only five minutes from Portmeirion (honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in the UK), and close to Porthmadog, Snowdon, and plenty of charming towns and pubs. Rachel was a lovely, welcoming host and made everything easy. We’d absolutely recommend Hendre Hall to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in North Wales. Highly recommended for families or groups.

Our second stay at The Loft and it was just as good as the first. Beautiful location and Heidi is a super host.

An excellent stay in a beautiful private property, the hosts were lovely the property came with everything as described and a lovely secure area for our dogs to roam around the house. The beach was amazing and a pleasant walk at a reasonably close distance. For anybody wishing to stay here me and my wife would highly recommend this place to stay and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful area.

Loved our stay at Anthony' flat! We were able to walk right out the front door to the coastal path, to Llandudno, Conwy castle and mountain, great fisn n chips that he recommended and the very convenient Coop across the street. Also such a perfect jumping off point for hiking Snowdon and visiting the coastal sights by car with the free parking. The apartment itself was very comfortable for 2 people working remote, we were able to cook at home and slept well in the quiet and comfy room. Loved all the little touches and warm welcome. Recommend!

Susan & Peter could not have been more welcoming. Always checking that we had everything we might require and that we were enjoying our stay. Generous amounts of breakfast food provided plus gratis treats and snacks were provided. The apartment had everything...absolutely everything one might need. From sky tv to kitchen utensils of all kinds. From hair dryer to dishwasher. Linen to library. "Perfik."

Chris was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we felt settled and suggested a range of things to do and places to eat. The studio itself was well equipped and in a fantastic location, with beautiful walks from the door. We will definitely be back!

This is our third time staying at this wonderful accommodation and on returning home have just booked it again. There are so many things to recommend it. It is immaculate - a real 5 star apartment that so well presented and laid out. It is super clean with all mod cons and is light and airy. Sarah even provides jams and biscuits and bowls for pets. The location above Llangoed is peaceful and spectacular with far reaching views across the glorious countryside and on to the Menai Straits and the mountains beyond. But it's not isolated - you can reach the bars and restaurants of Beaumaris very easily. Also on your doorstep is the Anglesey coastal path which we loved walking a section of with our dogs. Speaking of which the lovely furry family members Alfie and Barney are a delight. I can 100% recommend this apartment without hesitation and can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s place! It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The area is peaceful and a short drive to local towns as well as the mountains. Paula was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend!!

Great place. Accessible - which was important for us, and something that stands out in the glowing reviews. Straight onto the dunes and wonderful beach and a quick walk into town. Great hosts and would definitely recommend, for a a lovely base to explore Barmouth and the the stunning surroundings

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful period property and cannot fault it. The directions and instructions for access were clear and comprehensive. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with the most amazing views from both the lounge and bedroom windows. We loved sitting in the beautiful cottage garden and the sun streaming into the kitchen as we ate our evening meal. The location was perfect for walking into town, to the harbour and Borth y Gest. We have stayed in many airbnbs in the UK and France and this is our favourite. We cannot wait to return.

lovely place in a great location, Katy was great to communicate with. local shop next door to get any last minute items, 10 minute drive into Barmouth, would definitely stay again.
