It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Welcome to this charming Toulouse village house, old and carefully renovated, combining charm and comfort. Ideally located in the heart of Mauzac, close to the banks of the Garonne, it offers quick access to the highway (3 km) without disturbances. Private parking space included. The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people with a double bed (160 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm). Umbrella bed & high chair available.

We welcome you to a small cocoon within "L'Auberge", our family home from 1745. A typical Toulouse building with its pink bricks and beautiful half-timbered facade. Ideally located, you have direct access to the expressway allowing you to reach Toulouse in less than 20 minutes.

I like to receive and welcome travelers, exchange, share, communicate with them and share my knowledge of Toulouse: the narrow streets, the small squares, the banks of the Garonne, the Canal du Midi… I can help you find your way around. I will do everything to make you feel at home in my apartment: it is bright and very quiet. (Please note: the kitchen is not equipped with a microwave oven).

We have arranged this apartment on the ground floor of our house. We did everything ourselves, trying to prioritize upcycling and re-use. Located on the slopes of Puydaniel, you can appreciate the view and proximity to the forest that offers several hiking trails. You have an independent entrance to a private and fenced garden from which you can see our horses and goats.
