We have stayed with Julia several times now. The apartment and studio are consistently clean, comfortable, quiet and private. So easy to come and go. If you are staying in North Salem, this is an excellent choice.

Miryan’s place is the perfect location for exploring Beacon and the surrounding Hudson River Valley. From the front door, you can walk to all that Beacon has to offer including restaurants and shops, but also hiking trails. The apartment is very peaceful and quiet, but just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Main Street. The apartment itself surpassed our expectations —- especially the kitchen, which is stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal as well as a nice big table to gather round. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying in the Hummingbird Suites within the last few weeks, that's how much we enjoyed it! We have stayed in both suites and it's hard to say which we liked more as they're both great. This one gives you a separate bedroom which is nice (and Jeff was generous enough to put a TV in there as well) and a beautiful open kitchen. Jeff has thought out everything so that it's always easy to find something (great labeling) and has accounted for everything that you might need during your stay. The location is also perfect! 10 minutes to Cold Spring, 15 to Peekskill, and it's easy to go across the river as well. Tons of hiking all around. It's a great place to stay to explore the area! We felt right at home with the cozy amenities and felt it was a great place to rest in-between our activities.

Beautiful location! Cleaning, spacious, and lovely back yard. Walking distance to most things, and a lovely quiet walk at that. Space was very clean, spacious, and has everything you might need - even a washer and dryer. 100% recommend!

We had a great stay at Samara's apartment/cottage over Christmas. The location was perfect since we were visiting with family in Cold Spring, and it was wonderful to have a quiet and beautiful spot as home base. We're grateful to have hosts with pet-friendly accommodations, being able to bring our 2 dogs makes travel possible, and this location was perfect for them. The space was clean, quiet and we felt very at home there. It's a thrill to walk into a location and smell nothing - as in, not musty, not smelling like strong cleaning products - just neutral, fresh air. The bed was so cozy and comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Samara was very responsive to a few questions I had before we made our reservation, and was easy to text with when we were staying there. We look forward to our next visit!

Would love to return to this site. It is bright and clean. We did not cook but the kitchen was ready for us if we wanted to. Nice stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Beacon. The apartment is small but very thoughtfully laid out with every foldable amenity imaginable, keeping the space clutter free without lacking anything. The location is perfect- walkable to town and the local hiking trails. Beacon is for sure a gem if you’ve never been. Thanks for a great stay, Dan!

We stayed almost a month and fully appreciated all the house has to offer--well equipped kitchen (we cooked every day), comfortable beds, fabulous showers, spacious rooms, great front porch and beautiful decor. We walked into town almost every day and loved our proximity to restaurants and Beacon Natural Market, as well as Key Foods for groceries. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would be thrilled to come back and highly recommend it.

We had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The house was beautiful, super clean, and the view was just perfect honestly even better than the photos. What really made our stay stand out though was the host, Sunny. He was amazing so helpful, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. As a Muslim family, we really appreciated how respectful and considerate he was. He made sure we had our privacy and went out of his way to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible for us. It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay.

Beautiful home, designed and decorated with such thoughtfulness. Cheryl&Jamie were very generous, providing us with farm fresh eggs, snacks and carrots for the animals. The house was fully equipped with games, kitchen supplies, towels etc. Drivable to many towns. We are already planning for our next trip here.

Always very clean, and felt right at home when working away from home!

Absolutely beautiful stay, Brian is an amazing host and went above and beyond with instructions and helped whenever needed. Their place is located in such a beautiful area, it is quiet and within 10 min drive to stores. The space is very clean and organized. My guests and I felt right at home.

Tiffany’s property was amazing! The porch, pool, fire pit, and hot tub all workout out wonderfully for us. Just a heads up if you plan to Uber places throughout the city (like we did) they could take anywhere from 5-25 minutes to get so plan ahead. My only thing of note was that the tap water—even with the Brita filter—was undrinkable to us. We would recommend bringing a couple of plastic water jugs for your stay. Otherwise the stay was amazing and highly recommend!

We were there for work. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed, a full kitchen with so many useful tools, a separate bathroom for each one of us, a great room with a fireplace that heated the house and gave a wonderful ambiance to relax. It is located conveniently close to a major highway. The grounds were so beautiful, I can only imagine what they look like in spring and summer. We kept to ourselves while staying there but she was very welcoming and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Foundry and had a great stay. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable for our our group. Walkable to adorable Cold Spring restaurants and shops.
