Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Putnam County

Located on a quiet street, Vadenna's clean and cozy home  looks exactly as shown in the pictures.  The nice warm shower, comfortable bed and plush towels made mornings enjoyable, and the kitchen was well furnished for all my cooking needs. Huge place, very comfortable, outside space was wonderful. Sitting on the deck listening to the birds was great. Neighbors were very friendly and it was nice to walk around the lake nearly every day. It is exactly as described. This is their camp so it’s not fancy and some of the floors are a bit uneven or saggy. But it was very livable and a nice place to stay. Victoria was very responsive any time we messaged her. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just like the pictures and is very well taken care of. We will look forward to staying again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Hooch house! 🐾🛶 Dean and Katie were stellar hosts, we couldn't have felt more at peace during our stay. Since already being familiar with the area...we were stoked to find a spot so close to Silver Springs, Barberville Art Imporium and "Odd Todd's" (great food if you're ever in the area!) This little private getaway was PERFECT for our needs. Great wifi signal....so the movies never buffered or paused midway through watching them....extremely clean and cozy....and plenty of space to move around. Being able to do laundry while traveling was a huge bonus A+++ We'd definitely book again. Thank you both for the incredible memories.

Carissa made our trip to Palaka enjoyable. She gave us great instructions and responded quickly to our messages. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, from the air conditioning to the beds and all the conveniences provided. All the decor is very nice, and everything was spotless, and nothing broken. I would definitely recommend booking a stay in the area. It's close to some of the main roads that lead to St. Augustine, Jacksonville and other towns. We plan to book again soon.

I stayed at this property for approximately one month while working in the area. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing description accurately. The location was convenient and situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which made it ideal for an extended business stay. Communication with the host was prompt and professional, and all necessary amenities were provided. I would confidently recommend this property to other professionals seeking comfortable, long-term accommodations.

Very well equipped kitchen, even with treats!, clean. Very easy to communicate with Stephanie. Close to everything in Melrose-especially the wonderful visitor's center/cafe.

We will be back in April, the camp was so clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying there. It was just as the descriptions and pictures depicted. It was a lovely place and we hope the stay there again. We thank our hosts for having us.

This Airbnb was perfect for me as I was in Palatka for a work trip and wanted a nice quiet place to sleep, cook my own food, and see the surrounding area. I am a huge history buff and wanted to explore the area on my free time. Robin and I were chatting about this and she sent me a huge list of historic facts and places to visit in the area, going above and beyond for her guests. The home was comfortable and met all my needs and wants, but the responsiveness of Robin and Katie was the best I have ever had. On the first night, after a late check-in, the hot water wasn't working properly (due to the cold weather in Florida), I messaged Robin and it was completely fixed within the hour and was perfect the rest of my stay. I really cannot express my gratitude enough for Robin and Katie. 100/10 I recommend this Airbnb, and I will be staying again should I travel to this area in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful space with river view. Very comfortable and kitchen fully stocked with all sorts of cookware and dining ware.
