Our small property is located in the heart of the Maremma, 10 km from the beautiful sea of Argentario and 15 km from the picturesque Maremma Natural Park. We are located 45 km from the famous Saturnia thermal baths. Just 12 km from Grosseto. Ours is a 100% pet-friendly property, offering a large garden for our guests and their four-legged friends. The rooms are air-conditioned. Private parking (outdoor) is below our property.

Jasmine - Podere Cornacchino

Podere Cornacchino is a newly renovated Tuscan farmhouse, where the owners live and where they have decided to welcome guests. The property consists of only two apartments, "Il Leccio" and "Il Gelsomino," thus offering a relaxing and intimate setting. The property includes the main house, the duck pond, a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the vineyards and olive groves of the Tuscan countryside.

Situated on the top of a hill high 400mt, carefully restructured according to the tradition, Casa Muricce is the typical ancient Tuscany house in stone: all the furnishings, even doors, are original from Tuscany houses of `700/'800.

Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now even more so.
