Cercavamo un posto lontano dal caos per le nostre due famiglie e devo dire che la scelta é stata azzeccata: tranquillità, natura e l'appartamento é veramente accogliente. Ha tutto il necessario per cucinare (anche un barbecue!) ed é pulitissimo. Martina ed Irene sono state delle host veramente disponibili e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa!

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Can’t say enough about how great this house was! The views! The house is absolutely adorable! From a story book! Outdoor space was incredible! Loved making dinner in the kitchen (kinda made from local market which Sophia recommended which was amazing! I wish I could stay there for a week!!!

This house is so beautiful. It is at the bottom of town.. if you drive it’s perfect because you can park near the house, cute coffee shop and free parking if you get lucky! View is so beautiful both from the house and walking into town. I’m really happy with location and house. He was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

정말 멋진 풍경이 돋보이는 숙소입니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 욕실도 청결했어요. 그네2개, 미끄럼틀이있는 놀이터도있고 정원도있으며 산토끼,고양이, 산새들, 달팽이... 등등 동물들로 아이들이 행복해했답니다. 호스트분들이 너무 친절하시고 다정하셔서 감사했어요. 또 가고싶은 숙소추천입니다.

Die Unterkunft ist paradiesisch. das Haus, der Garten, die Aussicht, die vielen Details waren für uns umwerfend. Es ist ein sehr besonderer Ort und in jedem Winkel ist die jahrhundertealte Geschichte spürbar. Gastgeber Thomas und seine Söhne sind unglaublich gastfreundlich, wir hatten viele inspirierende Gespräche. Danke! Der Aufenthalt bleit unvergesslich und wir hoffen, bald wieder dort zu sein.

Wir hatten einen magischen Aufenthalt im Marrucheti 82 - einfach perfekt! Das Frühstück mit Frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Cappucino, Foccacchia und Früchten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Abendessen kann man in köstlich in einem der vielen Restaurants in Grosseto (10' Autofahrt) Die absolute Ruhe, der Ausblick über die Schafherden und sanft rollenden toskanischen Hügel und der schöne Garten sorgte für pure Entspannung. Ein weiteres Highlight war auch die freistehende Badewanne im Zimmer. Die Küche haben wir nicht gross benutzt, sie ist jedoch voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Den malerischen Infiinity-Pool haben wir aufgrund des etwas durchzogenen Wetters nicht getestet. Das herzliche Team kümmerte sich liebevoll und voller engagement um uns. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Genuss, Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft suchen!

Giulio and the villa were wonderful. The villa is just gorgeous, very Tuscan and secluded, beautifully located and incredibly peaceful. It was lovely to have a couple of other families around during the week and Giulio was always available either in person or on Whats App. Up in the hills, the stay is no more than 20 minutes in the car to a decent supermarket, and maybe 5 minutes from the local village which had most of the essentials. We visited Siena, San Gimignano, Casole D’elsa and some other places, all easily reachable from the villa. The weather was gorgeous, our daughter loved the on site donkey and horse and cat and any other local animals 😁 We will certainly be back - a wonderful place for a family escape, we might bring friends or family next time too! Staying at the castle was truly a dream come true! What a magnificent place, and the village and people were so friendly and helpful! Our breakfast was so fresh and tasty every morning, and so plentiful. Staying at LaSassa was one of the highlights of our entire stay in Italy, and you truly felt like a king and queen! The renaissance details, authentic stone, painting and old touches really added to the charm. I was so sad to leave, and would recommend everyone to stay at this truly unique and wonderful place!! It was so nice to be away from the crowds of Rome and Florence, and the view of the Tuscan Valley from the top of the castle was breathtaking! I can’t say enough wonderful things about staying at the castle. Thank you so much Giacomo and staff for your wonderful hospitality, and making our trip to Italy the trip of a lifetime!!

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

Lovely home and surroundings! Alessandro was a fantastic host! The wine, figs and olive oil he shared with us were wonderful. We highly recommend staying here for your Tuscan getaway!

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

Dieser Ort ist perfekt zum Seele baumeln lassen, diese Aussicht einfach nur herrlich. Sehr hundefreundlich und mitten in der Natur. ☺️Whirlpool zum Sonnenuntergang einfach wunderschön. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico grazie all'ospitalità e all'entusiasmo di Barbara e Emmanuele, che hanno avuto la gentilezza di trascorre dei momenti indimenticabili con noi, nonostante i loro obblighi lavorativi. L'appartemento è impeccabile : pulito, ordinato e ben organizzato. La loro casa è ben situata nella Toscana meridionale, poco distante da centri culturali e archeologici come vetulonia, massa marittima o Grosseto. Belle spiagge son a solo 1/4 d'ora, 20 mn di macchina come Follonica o Castiglione. Insomma se passate in zona, veramente non esitate, fiondatevi ! una caro abbraccio Brenda & Francesco

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Gastgeber Lorenzo und Senta sehr herzlich empfangen. Beide nahmen sich viel Zeit, uns alles zu zeigen. Zur Begrüßung gab es liebevoll ausgewählte Gastgeschenke - frische Eier, Olivenöl, regionaler Wein, kleine hausgemachte Spezialitäten. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus Stein und Holz gestaltet und bietet aus jedem Raum einen tollen Blick – besonders beeindruckend: die Dusche mit Aussicht in den blickdichten Garten. Der Garten ist eine wahre Oase – komplett umzäunt, blickdicht und umgeben von Olivenbäumen - ideal zum Entspannen . Der Whirlpool wurde extra für uns vorgeheizt, was den Aufenthalt noch besonderer machte. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meer ist nur 20 Min. entfernt (Rad 50 Minuten). Wir bekamen tolle Ausflugstipps und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – danke für alles!

The apartment ist really wonderful - more beautiful than the photos show. Nice details, charming and with an amazing little garden. The location is quiet, friendly and you can calm totally down. Sara is welcoming and warm. She is there for everything you need but gives you the privacy you wish. I stayed little bit longer because just didn‘t want to leave. And hope to come back. Beautiful beach views and an incredible terrace to enjoy them from. The bed was super comfortable, the place was spotless, and check-in was a breeze. Great host – friendly, responsive, and really flexible with our changing arrival time. Highly recommend! Vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e una terrazza incredibile da cui godersela. Il letto era super comodo, la casa impeccabile e il check-in facilissimo. Host eccezionale – gentile, reattivo e davvero flessibile con il nostro orario di arrivo variabile. Consigliatissimo!

Sehr gemütliches kleines Reihenhäusern in ruhiger Lage mit abgeschlossenem Garten. Wanderwege sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sauberes zu Hause mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Kommunikation mit Gianluca war erstklassig. Er und seine Frau sind sehr sympathische Menschen, bei denen man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our stay here with Eleonora was absolutely amazing! We are on a 2 week trip in Europe, and this by far was our favorite place to stay so far! Daniela and her son were there to help us check in. They were super friendly and helpful, as well as kind a caring. I cannot speak highly enough about this stay. AMAZING!

La posizione della casa è perfetta, vicino a tutti i servizi, al centro e alla spiaggia. La casa si commenta da sola guardando le foto. Anzi, abbiamo trovato un appartamento con una quantità di strumenti, spazi, arredamento che dubito sia rintracciabile altrove. Lati negativi: Nessuno.
