One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide just one guest's ID, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the accommodation tax. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
