Beautiful house in Punta colorada. Designed for two people, or three as it has an armchair bed in the living room. In case of being three a mattress is added to the armchair bed. Located in a strategic place; it has the calm of the countryside but is 3 minutes by car from the mansa and the brava of Punta Colorada, 10 minutes from Piriápolis and 20 from Punta Ballena. It has a fan, air and a large shade at noon in the grill. It has a high-performance stove for winter.

It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two bunk beds), a full bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious and bright living room with a wood-burning stove and an integrated kitchen equipped with various appliances (fryer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave). Fenced backyard with large deck, outdoor dining area and grill, all covered. All rooms have air conditioning. Alarm.
