It started as a chicken farm where eggs were collected to be sold in supermarkets, evolved into a dairy farm, a cattle farm, a quarter horse farm and now a vacation destination to enjoy the farm type surrounding and the close proximity to Punta del Este. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable TV with 49" smart TV and 32-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, capacity for 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! We DO NOT leave bed linens or towels. If required, it is $5 per person for the entire stay. It is on the first floor by stairs
