The apartment is impeccable. It's as pictured in the ad. It was all spotless, clean and with attention details (some kitchen and bathroom items) that these apartments don't usually have. Adriana is extremely friendly and responds very quickly.

The host is excellent, what I didn't like very much was the GreenPark reception service. As a Uruguayan, we must improve the friendliness in the service sector, urgently.

Really the place is a 10, Alejandro and his wife are always attentive to concerns and totally resolute. Surely when I come back to tip of the east, it will be with them, by the dpto, their comforts, their location and the service. Thank you!!!

Beautiful place. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Everything works great, lots of light. You can cook everything. Ismael very attentive if we needed anything. Very friendly. We had a great time. We went with my teenage daughters and took a lot of activities to do. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is wonderful, extremely comfortable (we were 3 adults) and decorated with exquisite taste. It contains all the necessary equipment for everyday living, even books and magazines are available. The location is great. Graciela is very attentive, cordial and extremely pleasant, she always asked us if everything was okay. We were greeted by Lorena, very friendly and helpful with everything. A pleasure to deal with both of them. Graciela is a superhost. In addition to the apartment's amenities, the building has a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, play room, sauna, gym and beach service. Happy to have found Graciela's apartment!!!!

The apartment was spotless; the construction is new and made with first quality materials. The location is excellent, close to everything. Walking about 15 minutes you reach supermarkets, stores and very good restaurants. It is a few meters from the beach; simply crossing Williman Avenue you arrive. The apartment has everything you need to spend a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking or preparing breakfast. The bed is very comfortable, and the double window prevents noises coming from outside. The internet speed is excellent. The TV allows you to tune in several channels thanks to access via YouTube. A separate mention deserves the spacious and comfortable balcony with views of the Mansa beach and the city. It is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. William's apartment is highly recommended.

Fernando was a very attentive host and always willing to help. We spent 4 amazing weeks in her apartment, which felt like our home. The apartment was tastefully decorated, the building was very clean and there was 24/7 reception service. We would definitely come back! The accommodation was very conveniently located; close to restaurants. Nicolas responded quickly to inquiries. The apartment was just like the photos.

The place is AMAZING! A super spacious apartment, stunning views of both beaches, the rough and the calm. It's the last apartment in the building, so the views are unbeatable. The space not only has the entire apartment but also has an additional private floor upstairs with a grill, tables, armchairs. Super complete. It has everything you need for a complete stay in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It is located in the heart of Punta del Este so you can do everything on foot, and if you are driving it has a private garage. The building staff is there 24 hours a day, and they are all super friendly. It has a workspace, which is very important for us because we work online. Daily cleaning in the apartment, 2 beautiful pools, a micro-cinema, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, a whole spectacle. We felt very comfortable in the place and well cared for. Lucas is always very attentive and responds super quickly to messages, so it gives you peace of mind when communicating. We'll be back.

Great location and staff attention, and the host is always attentive to what we need

The building has excellent location and services, highlighting the comfort of beach service in the season. The apartment is renovated, was impeccably clean, well organized and well equipped, as described in the ad (yes, no TV). Excellent Wifi. Very bright, airy, with beautiful panoramic views. Parking is an added comfort. Communication with the host was irreplaceable, it did not rest until it got from us that everything was right for a great stay.

The hosting experience was very positive. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to various points of the city. The space is well structured, with an impeccably clean environment and equipped with indispensable electrical utensils, such as coffee maker, electric kettle, induction stove, powerful hair dryer, air conditioning and Wi‑Fi. The shower offers strong pressure and keeps the temperature stable, providing comfort, while the coffee corner, prepared on a whim, adds a welcoming touch to the stay. The only downside was that we did not observe that the energy consumption was not included, having to be paid separately, and the charge was made in dollars. The owner stood out by responding quickly to all the questions and by passing on the necessary guidelines clearly. In addition, there was a cleaning service carried out by a cleaning lady, available if necessary, but which we did not use.
