Very good experience. Santiago was an attentive host and always willing to help. The apartment was in perfect condition, clean and comfortable, and the building was also impeccably maintained. In addition, it has very good activities and common spaces that add a lot to the stay. Everything worked well during the time I was there. I recommend it.

The images and descriptions match the location. The region is beautiful and safe. A lot can be done by walking.

We loved the place, fully equipped apartment and close to everything you need. Excellently maintained apartment and unique view. It has all the details you need to stay, very easy access. It has a gym, playroom, swimming pool, among others that can be used without any problem. Excellent WiFi in the apartment and throughout the building. The host always responded quickly and very kindly. Totally recommended to stay here.

It was a very pleasant stay, the place that takes great care of the details, the privacy and the great view they have makes it a unique place. The hosts were attentive, we had a problem that was resolved and the experience improved. We hope to return soon!

Here from US - very convenient location with great nightly rate. Quick 15 min walk to beach - chairs available to take if you drive. Great water pressure & hot water. Very nice to have washer AND dryer! I cooked most of the time & all dishes & pans worked great. Here on vacation but I think this would be great for work too! Hosts are very friendly & helpful. Divine apartment, as shown in the photos and in the description, located in an unbeatable environment. Very well equipped, clean and with excellent linens. Gonzalo was very kind, he responded super quickly to all inquiries and since there were no other guests on the day of our departure, he allowed us to check out late. Highly recommended!

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

Excellent oceanfront apartment, with an amazing view and located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. The amenities are really complete and the owners have an excellent disposition, always attentive. We would definitely go back, we totally recommend it.

The dwelling is wonderful, very clean, complete and comfortable! And the landlord very attentive and concerned about our well-being, always made contact with us because we were late to arrive. And he also offered us to stay longer in the dwelling, since we came for a wedding and we arrived very late from the party! Anyway, everything very perfect and nice. We intend to go back!
