Beachfront vacation rentals in Punta del Hidalgo

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment does not lack any detail, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the host, is a beautiful person, very helpful and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Ruben's apartment is in a great location, right across the street from the Punta del Hidalgo promenade. It is not very large but perfectly equipped (kitchen with the necessary utensils and appliances, bathroom and living room). The building was very quiet during our stay, despite the restaurant just below on the promenade (but across the pool). The view of the southwest of the island and of the Teide, when it deigns to come out of its clouds, is admirable (and there is a balcony at the end of the upstairs hallway that allows you to see the sunset, magnificent). The building's pool was under repair during our stay and we were unable to access it, but the municipal natural pool is really close and is super well maintained and supervised. It's better to swim in the ocean when you're not too cold. The only downside is that on weekends there are a few more people in Punta del Hidalgo and it's a little more complicated to park around the building.

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. We had a wonderful stay! Tatiana's place was so beautiful and clean. And awesome home away from home. Beautiful and scenic and close to a supermarket for any top up! Also very child friendly!

It is a very nice place away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful bathing bay. From the apartment you have a view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need, we were very satisfied.

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. In the house itself there is another accommodation that was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything in terms of spices/oil. The listing says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally fine. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. Those who want to have their peace must come here. There were two of us there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

Very nice apartment in Bajamar. A great view of the sea and sunset. The Piscinas and the green mountains are a highlight. The kitchen was equipped with everything and the apartment was also well furnished. Unfortunately, the pool was not usable when we were there.

Fabulous! Elena was really reliable in communications & very welcoming. The flat was spotless & exactly as listed. Lovely sleeping with the sea breeze & sounds of the waves. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, s&p, washing up liquid, laundry liquid, shampoo, shower gel & loo rolls ready in the flat. Supermarkets near by for other provisions eg milk. Loved Punta del Hidalgo in March. Low key. Sleepy. Not much English being spoken & no translated menus = heaven (though didn’t always order the drinks or food we were expecting!). Bars, breakfast cafes, restaurants slightly unpredictable opening hours - perhaps as ‘off season’ though managed absolutely fine. Coastal views & in particular the sunset were stunning. Hiking spectacular. Huge surf. Natural pool is a stone’s throw away- 40m long roughly. Amazing fresh fish at local restaurants. Parking no problem at all- possibly slightly busier at the weekend? Hot water mentioned in some feedback did not cause issue with short showers. Would return.

The views from the apartment are spectacular: we woke up every day with the Atlantic in the front row and, at night, sleeping with the sound of the sea was tremendously relaxing. Although the morning weather did not always accompany us, waking up to the ocean more than made up for it. The listing description matches 100% with what we found and has everything you need to prepare something light; it also includes a practical beach pack, so you don't need to buy extras. The lack of mobile coverage helps you disconnect, and the fiber is powerful for "whatsapping". Thank you, Nazaret, for your attention and for a very simple check-in/check-out!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

Lovely place in a beautiful area close to Bajamar (walkable) and Punta de Hidalgo (short drive). The cliffs behind and views are great. The shared pool is lovely though deep so you'll need to be able to swim, great for jumping into though. The apartment is very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. We really enjoyed the coastal pools and trips from here up into Anaga (25 min drive). Bajamar has a small protected sandy beach too. Highly recommend this place.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

We had a great time in this open house on the sea in a village preserved from mass tourism! Maria Antonia and her husband are exceptional hosts: they welcomed us with a bottle of local wine, fruit and what we needed for breakfast the next day. The house is ideal (especially the terrace!) to disconnect from everything and is well located to discover La Laguna, the mountains of Anaga, Santa Cruz and all the villages of the northwest coast and Teide (you can see it from the house). On the day we didn't feel like moving, we could bathe in the natural pool in the lower part of the village and savor fried octopus with wrinkled potatoes in the fishermen's guild bar. We had a unique experience. Thank you Maria Antonia!

We had a wonderful stay at Luis Eduardo’s property. Our expectations were exceeded with how homely the apartment felt, it was very clean, and located in a peaceful location. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the apartment was very comfortable. Lots of attention to detail, providing guests with necessary items to make you feel well looked after. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom, including ingredients for cooking and personal hygiene. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the local area. Thank you! 😊

Eduardo was an amazingly kind and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions we had and ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The place was impeccably clean, and everything felt brand new, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the details, as the space was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. The view from the apartment was lovely, adding a special touch to our mornings and evenings. Plus, the beds and bedding all seemed new, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
