El apartamento se encuentra situado cerca de Bajamar a unos 2km aproximados, se puede ir andando también, el apartamento esta en una casa canaria, es de 45m2, dispone de wifi,tv, microondas , nevera, vitro induccion, esta totalmente reformado, las zonas exteriores y jardines se puede usar, son compartidos por el resto de huéspedes de la casa. No dispone de calefaccion o A/C.
