Beautiful house in Punta colorada. Designed for two people, or three as it has an armchair bed in the living room. In case of being three a mattress is added to the armchair bed. Located in a strategic place; it has the calm of the countryside but is 3 minutes by car from the mansa and the brava of Punta Colorada, 10 minutes from Piriápolis and 20 from Punta Ballena. It has a fan, air and a large shade at noon in the grill. It has a high-performance stove for winter.

Although they are two paired cabins, we rent one at a time so that they have privacy with the option of renting both if they are couples of friends or family members who want to spend their stay together but have moments of privacy.

Beautiful house in the Punta Colorada resort, near the beach and 5 minutes from downtown Piriapolis and 25 minutes from Punta del Este. The house has a huge patio, with a perfect open space to play and a very nice garden. The whole area is fenced and the area is very safe and cozy. In addition, the property has 2 barbecues, one closed and one open in front of the pool, which is closed and heated.

The master bedroom has air conditioning and a French window with access to the front of the house. Both rooms have a closet. The house is located just 100 meters from the beach (across the street).
